Okay im going to explain my first statement about itachi being the most powerful. Everyone seems to be loving hashirama and madara and think they are the most powerful, i do not share this believe. Yes it is true that at one point in time uchiha itachi was the most powerful character in the manga and i mean truly the most powerful. I am talking about when he was alive and in possession of shisuis eye. The reason he did not use this eye as we learned was to use it to protect konoha.

So essentially i am using a specific version of the character from a specific time and yes he was the most powerful at that time. At least people can now understand and some may even admit yes that at one point in time he was the strongest but is not anymore well thats because he is dead.

Itachi could be the most powerful character even without shisuis eye if it wasnt for his illness and the fact he has mangekyo sharingan. So basically i believe if itachi did not have illness and had ems, he would even more powerful then he is now and may have even become the most powerful. Also when i say he was most powerful i mean compared to the manga now aswell not just how they were showing it in manga.
