Are you serious do you understand what on another level means? Itachi was considered a genius and a prodigy when compared to the uchiha who where considered just that when compared to others. So yeah Itachi > shisui. Also i do not think that itachi would lose an eye to danzo like shisui did.

Also if it was that simple anyone could break out because if you follow their genetic heritage you would find that they are all related as people got their genetics from the first son and second son.

Let me put it simply so you can understand no relation = no way of breaking out or at least in time and the closer a relation you are the more chance you have of breaking out so NO

Well madara breaking out consists of two things first how close a relation you are which madara is not very close and secondly how powerful your sharingan is which its safe to assume madaras is pretty powerful. Now if both criteria were met id say he could 100 percent break out and if both criteria denied id say 0 percent chance but considering it somewhere between id have to say im not sure madara could break out and even if he did i dont think he could in time
