With the amount of math involved, sensei should start teaching Calculus in the training grounds. Why not just have a per use limit instead of chakra limit?
Because simple addition and subtraction is completely the same as Calculus.

Anyway, I have no real standpoint on this; I'm really in favor of anything that'll allow more Freeform, but, most other people will complain.

As for the actual math part, last time I checked, most computers had built in calculator programs. There's no excus for not wanting to do the math other than laziness.

There is no excuse to, as a member of an online forum, not be able to read. Yet, people keep asking questions for the basic things that can be found simply by looking at two yellow links on the main page or making mistakes that could be fixed simply by reading the header of a section or the stickied threads.

The thing is that as simple as it might be, i fear it will eventually lead to over complication of something that is already above average in terms of complexity. Just that.

I find usage limits way more restricting than a chakra limit. As with most rules, you can choose to not use chakra limits as long as its an unofficial battle

What I normally do when fights start thier third page is pull out a piece of paper and start writing down how much chakra was used on each move. it makes the addition super easy

This is just my personal opinion, but I believe the RP is dumbed-down way to much already; it's not hat complex in day o day affairs, and he only real problems comes from people being lazy. If they don't want to read the rules, that's their problem; we shouldn't frown upon a good suggestion because it "requires work". It happens far too often.

And it's not that difficult, is it? Prior to a year ago, I kept track of my chakra in every battle I was in (even lost because of that), and it really wasnt that big of a hassle.

Already suggested it in the past, however it was significantly more restricted. Maybe that's why people start complaining. But yeah, i'll leave you with the threads just in case you want to take a look

While we're reworking the chakra system, can something be done about the health system? A thread was made a while ago the gained a massive amount of support by both mods and members, yet it was never implemented.

I think if we did this then the rp would rely more on who spams more for post count then actual skill. There'd be massive spamming everywhere just to get a leg up on the competition

i agree, something else i would like to see would be actual increased levels for some bios (Jinchs, Nagato etc.) instead of just He has massive chakra levels written in the description actually have a set amount of chakra added to their beginning pool.

I like this suggestion for it will force a possible ending for every battle, and because usually the victor of a battle either wins due to him being more skillful or having stronger techniques and sometimes both, I think adding resource management to the equation would definitely be a good Idea, as it will reduce the importance of the stronger techniques factor.

I think you may be overcomplicating it. My suggestion is just a tweak which brings the chakra levels back to a more reasonable level. I think the modes should stay the way they are, which is a gateway to more powerfull moves, along with speed and strength buffs.

When you get into adding chakra through modes, you also have to deal with exhaustion and other stuff mode ends, which may prove to be more difficult than it seems.
