I doubt that Pain will use Jman as a body for one of his Paths because Jman's body was pretty messed up from all the swords. Pain could use any body and why not use one that is intact. If Pain can't defeat Naruto then using Jman's body as a psychological weapon toward Naruto might work a bit. But Naruto like Shikamaru is growing up and will not get riled up that easily anymore. I think using Jman's body will just make Naruto more determined than pissed off. So using Jman's body might but out of the question?

he didnt become a chunin even though he beat neji and garra. it was cuz oro attacked the village then so noone passed except shikamaru because every one even the third was amazed how smart and mature he wasHi I"m new here

well if u hv watched those episodes carefully den u must know dat the exam wasnt even finished and the examiners didnt think dat naruto was on chunnin level based on da fights happened till dat time......shikamaru was da only one who became chunnin in dat exam bcoz he showed leadership skills ...
and as naruto went on for trainin wid j-man after dat so he couldnt attend following exams while others did and dey also became chunnin
after dat something or another kept happening and naruto remained genin ...though his skills are way above chunnin level ....they r even at the level of jounnin like kakashi etc

its true that in chuunin exam naruto won his battle but as hokage said there is no difference you will win or lose.the main thing is to show your abillities and skill of thinking while being in critical situation.the only genin who became chuunin after the exam was shikamaru who lost his battle but he showed unbilivable skill of making plans during intence battle.

Other thoughts:
1.) I wonder how Naruto was able to form the Rasengan so quickly. I presume it's a combination of improved chakra control and nature chakra. The main thing that's been hindering his chakra control. If he's balancing his own chakra with nature chakra while the nine-tails chakra is minimal, then the kyuubi chakra should be interfering less.
2.) I think that Nagato has an immense amount of chakra to drive these bodies. He underestimated Naruto and Konoha, which means he's expended a lot of chakra already (along with his atom bomb jutsu). If the fight starts to turn sour Konan will likely take a depleted Nagato away (who we haven't seen yet) and the bodies will simply collapse or be collected. I don't see Konan stepping in to fight, she's not the fighting type in my opinion. Pein sent her into Konoha to gather information on Naruto, while he sent in some of his bodies to kill Konoha shinobi. That she killed to gather information is stipulated, but it was a means to and end and not her goal.
3.) This is not going to be the fight were Naruto talks about his loneliness with Nagato, that will be their final (in my opinion, the second one) when Pein is dying.
4.) It's been stated in the manga that after Orochimaru and the Sand attacked Konoha that they were vulnerable to war if other countries saw them doing fewer missions and top missions. If that's the case, war is inevitable, but I wonder if that's really in Akatsuki's best interests. Kabuto is the new Orochimaru, I don't know to what degree. I would think that after the Akatsuki arc, Kabuto will have arranged alliances to forge a war.
5.) What happens to Sasuke once Madara dies? He's always had someone to tell him what to do (father, Kakashi, Orochimaru, Madara) with a goal to kill somone. Sure there are the elders and Danzou, but once they're done he'll have nothing to do but revive his clan from one person, which is feasible genetically. It will introduce too many double recessives into his gene pool. If he changed his attitude and rejoined team 7. They would be invincible until Sasuke felt Naruto was too strong (wishful thinking.) In theory, he could gather up an army to storm Konoha while it's weak.

so d only thing Katsuya can do is to cover dem up and cant heal him
even if sakura can heal him, her healing abilities is not that strong or effective compared to tsunade.

Tsunade emptied her reserve in Katsuya, the slug is not out of chakra. Tsunade herself is not out of chakra, but her reserve is (the blue diamond on her forehead). If she was out of chakra she wouldn't be able to move. Thus if Kakashi is alive, she does have enough chakra to heal him. Plus if I recall from before the time-skip it's not just one medical ninja or Tsunade that does healing on critically injured patients, just like any patient in real life. Tsunade is not using chakra while she watches Naruto. Thus is Kakashi can be saved and the only one who can do it is Tsunade, she'll be able to. Otherwise, he's dead, and there's no way for us to know either way.
I don't think Kishimoto would've shown a panel of Kakashi with the panels of the other survivors if he was dead though, so maybe that's a hint/clue he's not dead.

whats good nb its been a while but the Sage is back with some food for thought. first lets talk about sasuke. as much as i use to dislike the chump he is stupid strong. for everybody thinkin that if sasuke and pein were to fight pein would demolish sasuke,GET THE FUCCK OUT OF HERE. besides all the eye techniques itachi gave him(tsukuyomi,amaterasu,susano'o) he got his own one shot one kill cant be dodged jutsu kirin. a new technique that could destroy a village(LIKE PEINS DEVIL GOD HEAVENLY WHATEVER JUTSU, but different of course) well thats what he told his squad. a seed that can match my lil brothers(rock lee). hes extra smart and can manipulate summons (like oro snake manda) and the list can go on. CAN SOME EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. why the hell did sasuke lose his curse mark seal when oro died because oro is not the source of the seal jugo is. i also think sasuke is havin a change of heart. why was he remanseing about team 7 while fighting against killa bee. emotionally snapping with the whole amaterasu thing than at that moment decide to go back to his village to kill 3 ppl and on top of that lie to maranda. telling him he was going destroy the leaf. witch he wont do cuz he couldnt kill all them ppl when he was with oro.(the cartoon should be coming after the fillers are done) and he made sure his guy didnt kill nobody when they went to get jugo. i also think he let killa bee go cuz he is able to see the chakra inside ppl. he should have been able to tell the difference between a clone and a person. last i think he came back to the leaf to watch over naruto cuz he didnt think naruto was strong enough to defeat pein. if that spolier is tru and sasuke is back in the leaf watchin his boy handin pein some brutalilty. he would be glad naruto is so strong(tho he wont show it) try to kill the elders and leave the village. he will need itachi's eyes to keep up with naruto(witch will give saske more power and a perminute MS) saske and naruto will have an all out battle against each other.not a fight to kill each but a fight to test each others strenth and ITS GONNA BE GREAT.

i think it was becouse in the fight he went over his limit, wich lead to the mark going away and oro popping out to be killed by itachi.
sasuke is alot weaker then in the fight with itachi as he was using oro`s powers then, and oro`s powers in sasukemo are dead now.
he does need to use chakra for it..he fired this big ass fire jutsu into the sky to form it.
