I forgot to mention in my previous post, that when i added Onoki in the list i meant an healthy Onoki (Not necessarily young) but without his back pain. xd

Onoki was using his Jinton against another jinton user who was also his master, and maybe more powerful then him, so to stop his attack onoki had to pour more chakra then what he uses for normal Jinton, since he had to overpower Muu's attack in order to protect himself and the other's, and he was also using various Doton based ninjutsu that's why he needed chakra from Tsunade to do a powerful Jinton attack.

But muu was not able to use jinton when he was split in half because it divided his chakra as well, so it is more or less true that a high lvl tecnique like that will demand more chakra then usual, but i do not think that it is as demanding that you can only use two or three attack, and specially when you are simply trying to attack a single target, like what onoki used on sasuke at the summit.

Well with that being said, it actually does not matter for a jinton user that how many time he can hit his target, since it requires only one precise hit, and in this case Muu is Raikage's worst opponent, because he can turn invisible and hide his chakra signature and present completely from a person who does not has a Dojutsu to see him, he can go right behind him and hit him with a powerful jinton, and one hit that's all he is gonna need.

EDIT:Jinton user's use 3 different chakra nature's, and can use their attack's to create an opening for them to take a shot at their opponent.

Darui is a strong ninja and he has more chakra then Kakashi for that matter, but that black lightning was not really up to my expectation, he could not kill many of the zetsu clone even when he used it on a beech (Kakuzu simply jumped above and was not even affected by it),if that's all it has to offer then i do not think it will kill any of the mentioned, and even current kage in one hit even if it connect's (which is hard imo),

i know that 3rd Raikage will be stronger then him in that jutsu,but not much, see Muu and Onoki for example.

I am not disregarding his power lvl in any way, he is strong, but it is all about a bad match up, like if you put Garaa against Kisame, then there is not much he can do about it, because he uses sand for attack and defense and Kisame is a high lvl Suiton user who can create an entire lake in an instant.

Yeah, I actually agree with you. It all depends on the match up and who they are facing, it just all depends. But even then, we still don't know the full extent of the Third Raikage, and for that matter, we still don't know Mu's either.

hmm i would agree with you that hashi and minato would most likely beat him, as well as muu

but i would say that he is second strongest overall behind hashi... people forget to realize that 1v1 doesnt determine who the overall strongest is. IMO the strongest would be the person who could take down most of the strongest foes and the highest amount of enemies...

the third could stand up to 10,000 shinobi (which would most definitely include both fodders and elite shinobi) and he could stand up to the strongest fighters imaginable
if their is only a list of a few people that can beat him then he is definitely up there especially if you are just including kages.

everyone in the narutoverse can be defeated somehow and kishi has certainly proven that
