I think you're right. Naruto wouldn't have beaten him without the 8 tails telling him that story. Even Naruto's rasenshuriken couldn't pierce his body. He also fought the second strongest tailed beast, by himself, that's pretty impressive. He is extremely strong. The only thing known to penetrate his body is his own attack. I don't think Jinton would hurt him either because the third raikage was the only human capable of being transported through the heavenly transfer technique.

But no, I don't necessarily think the 3rd is the strongest Kage. His feat is pretty incredible. He wasn't stated to be as fast as A, and I actually think that A was faster than his father because he stated that he was the fastest since Minato passed away. Keyword-Minato. This does not mean that A is stronger than his father, just faster. He does not have the durability that his father has. Nor does he have the Hell Stab jutsu.

He also never sealed the Hachibi by himself, nor defeated him. They both collapsed with their jutsus in hand, and it was never stated that the Hachibi used the TBB on him. He just fell flat with the TBB along with the 3rd.

He may be EXTREMELY durable, but I doubt that the TBB would fail against him if he was caught dead in the blast. He also showed small signs of damage against Naruto's Rasenshuriken.

And against Temari's wind jutsu. If you look closely, you can see cracks in his body.

He could be top three, but he's not the strongest. Not for what Hashirama is hyped up to be.

We have not seen the old kages in battel..............more than we see other people fighting like Itachi, Nagato and all...we didn't consider their childhood(how strong were they when they were at the age of Naruto or Itachi).....They are all old and may be this can be a disadvantage as though they are highly experienced they are old(and weak) so we have to consider all things before coming to any conclusions....the best thing while compairing is to compare every one on the same scale,like same age same circumstances etc........(same mental conditions)

The rasengan is chakra munipulation, no elements. Naruto is the only one to add wind to it and create the Rasenshuriken.

Sorry to burst your imaginary bubble, but this thread had a title with a question mark at the end. Meaning that I was sure who the strongest was. And me agreeing with people or changing my mind for something isn't because I don't stick to my thread, I admitted to some people being stronger than the Third Raikage, because I am open minded. You don't have to come to my thread just to troll on it, it's important for people to have on these type of situations, understood?
