Who knows about Naruto's parents?

Sai didn't seem too surprised when he heard Naruto say it, he must have knew about it from Root. Also the current Raikage didn't seem surprised even though it was kept a secret. Of course it shouldn't be too hard to connect the dots if anyone was interested.

Do you guys think anyone in the Rock 11 knows about Naruto's parents? Maybe their parents told them about Naruto. I am sure that Shikamaru probably knows as he has an eye for detail.

Do you mean the konoha/leaf 11? No, they wouldn't know because Hiruzen made the subject taboo and they were to young to know, or weren't born.
