Possibly. I mean, I know it isn't the same, but people went around calling him the Kyuubi brat and shit. Not sure if it was just anime-filler but theres that one part where Hinata hears someone say it and asks her guardian and he dodges it (he obviously knows) so I'm assuming his parentage might have slipped out to a few. He looks just like Minato, you can't tell me some people didn't notice.

Tobi, Jiraiya, Hiruzen, Asuma (probably knew), Kakashi, Tsunade (probably), ninetails, Itachi (probably) Raikage and Killer B...besides that the only konoha 11 who could possibly figure it out would be either Sakura or Shikamaru and i dont think they know
