What does that prove? He knew his power could control others, but that doesn't mean anything. All he wanted was to prevent conflict. Hashirama and Mito did the same thing with Kurama - he was sealed.

What Itachi was actually saying was that he was going to use KA on Sasuke. Itachi was referring to this part:

It's useless to say "OMG KA is ownage, he cant lose to anyone, he must be super strong" we've never seen the guy in action. or wait a minute, we've never seen whole dude xd only face few times xd i DOUBT that he was that super, i only believe he was super genjutsu user in that clan, nothing more nothing less ----> ' every technique has it's weakness' <---- JUST remember that everytime you fanboyish something dear people

Mito sealed Kurama to prevent conflict because of his power.
Shisui made it look as if his eyes were destroyed because he wanted to prevent conflict.
Shisui can't defeat every character there is in Naruto.
No offence, but I find that most people who say "every techinque has its weakness" are the ones that give no reasoning behind their opinions. Yes, you're right, KA does have a weakness. It's the 10 year cooldown.

He cannot obviously, but 1v1 he has a great chance against anybody even hashi.
People killed themselves over his power, as a result he had to get rid of himself.
Do you not get something as simple as this?
Uhh... aren't you guys doing the same? All you're saying is that he'll just Kotoamatsumaki on Hashirama. What then? What else is he going to do after that? All we have from him is Kotoamatsumaki and the Body Flicker.
