No no and NO lol one way or another he was he gonna kill her.... There are no reasons needed to lie to herMany, to demoralize to discourage or simply due to arrogance.

No no and NO lol one way or another he was he gonna kill her....there I no need to lie to her
Then why would he say izanagi needed senju dna rather than it was his own power and that alone if it was to demoralize?
*i found myself back in this thread but i wont get off topic this time*
.......that was a weak excuse.Tobi did it for the lolz, am serious he did it for the lolz of it. He is a manipulator down to the core and uses and plays with peoples heads through the end. And Btw konan almost killed him and came the closest to.
Plot hole/ kishi changed his mind.
And???? Lol him dying and the rinnengan things have nothing to do with eachother....Tobi did it for the lolz, am serious he did it for the lolz of it. He is a manipulator down to the core and uses and plays with peoples heads through the end. And Btw konan almost killed him and came the closest to.

it was not demoralizing. are we at an agreement?
It isn't the first time kishi changed his mind now is it :|

yes, this is what i was getting at. i believe that it is not a natural progression of sharingan as their earliest descendant did not have it, thus something was missing from the very beginning so it is not possible for it to be "natural" if they are pure blooded uchiha/senju
exactly.Otherwise it should have definitely been unlocked by the first ES descendants who were less watered down then Madara.![]()
Everything :|, the change of the requirments of the senju dna and the non requierment of the senju dna for izanagi. Kishi clearly changed his mind :|ofc not. but not in the same chapter :sy:
what does this have to do with kishi changing his mind?
You know it makes perfect sense if Tobi was the ESOtherwise it should have definitely been unlocked by the first ES descendants who were less watered down then Madara.![]()
exactly.
if not, ES would have rinnegan.
i think that there is something special about madara and izuna because they can't be the first uchihas to go through a very dramatic experience i.e. killed their best friend but they are the only ones to unlock MS.
either that or plot :ghehe:
....if it was for demoralization then he wouldn't have lied about needing senju dna cuz that makes him look weaker....Everything :|, the change of the requirments of the senju dna and the non requierment of the senju dna for izanagi. Kishi clearly changed his mind :|

I think perhaps they were the first uchihas in recent memory to awaken the MS, it was aluded that pther uchihas prior tried to get MS but failed.

very true, especially since the world was in hellish war all the time.Well I would actually argue that they weren't the first ones. There might have been others but their legacy would have gotten lost, and Madara and his brother are the oldest record there is. If you look at it the whole Naruto world system seems to be pretty young. Take as example that they consider Hashirama to be ancient history, 150 years ago. Yet they also state that countless generations passed since the time of the Sage of Six Paths. The Gap is too huge, and the characters living in Narutoverse seem to be so in the dark considering their own history that I wouldn't be surprised at all if there would have been other Uchiha to unlock MS.
Even if you look at it from a statistical point of view, what are the odds that for centuries it never happened and then happens 6 times in little more than 100 years. Doesn't make sense at all looking to the requirements.
Not to mention that you can't try to achieve something unless you know it exists. And as they failed and were able to recognize that they had failed and not that there was nothing to achieve is a strong indication that at their time there was a collective memory that it existed, meaning someone stumbled upon it in the past.. I think it makes perfect sense.
