Talk about an understatement. Oro basically removed anything that makes Hashirama Hashirama. Memories, experience, fighting style etc. Infact I dont think you could say that was Hashirama. It was essentially Orochimaru with control of Hashirama's abilities.

Itachi got Oro in a basic genjustu and beat him in a minute yet the so called master of illusions couldn't use one. He mastered all the justu in Konoha yet most of the justu that we see in konoha is kg so to me this is just like how kakashi has 1000 justu that are rarley useful in difficult battles. To me hiruzen is just a super overrated kakashi.

I will admit one thing though, from hype they both seem incredible, but from feat only one will come out a winner. let's start by hype, Hiruzen was called the god of shinobi, the professor (because of his knowledge of all Konoha's jutsu) by many, example Iruka, Orochimaru, enma, that guy who trains Konohamaru, etc... One thing I want to make clear is knowledge of things doesn't generally mean that you can actually use it. it's like that I have knowledge of all things techno, but when it comes to me to break them down and put them back, I can't! We just recently learn much of Hashirama's power from Madara's and yes the guy sounds like God's soldier, but we all know Kishi is rushing the story and is making them look and sound impossible, near Sage of Six paths. So from hype Hashirama wins it hands down.
From feat is different, it means that we've seen their skills, strengths, speeds, and else. From what we've seen in the first part Hiruzen was the clear winner albeit that Orochimaru couldn't fully control Hashirama's power, and bring it to its fullest. I go with Hiruzen.
