Lol. I hated Sasuke's reason for revenge, but as for Edo Tensei, I think either Madara will remain, or somebody will stop the end of Edo Tensei. That or Kabuto breaks out of Izanami and stops it, who knows. But there's no way Kishi can just end the war that way, with only Kabuto and Tobi left.

^ They didn't actually "talk," to be quite honest. It was more Itachi going into the technical stuff behind the jutsu if I remember correctly. Itachi's love for the village has nothing to do with the fact they manipulated him into doing their dirty work. Even after death Itachi STILL protects the village even though they took away the only bond he had...Sasuke. This little battle (against Kabuto)/bonding moment Sasuke shared with Itachi made him remember just how much he misses his brother. So now Itachi is leaving and Sasuke is reminded he is alone. Itachi may have love for the village, but Sasuke has hate.

He kind of seemed disapointed with the outcome because what he wanted from Itachi was the truth. Just like he told Itachi, he followed him in hopes of hearing from Itachi EXACTLY what happened. I think maybe Sasuke was hoping deep down inside that Tobi had lied to him so that he had a solid reason to really step away from revenge. As naive as this may sound (and remember to he is a teenager), he probably wants to rebel against Itachi's wishes because he knows Itachi is leaving and wants to be by his "Nisan's" side. Sasuke desperately wants his brother back and obviously the only way he can truly be with Itachi again is...well I am assuming death because as I said on the last post going against the Kages may just result in his death.

Ok, to start at one arbitrary problem. Minato, who I loved, has been completely embarrassed by the gross display that is Madara. Madara's power has completely changed the story. Whatever the Juubi was, whatever Tobi has in store, it literally cannot be more powerful than Madara. I am now sure that Madara could call down enough meteors to actually destroy the planet. Naruto? Great, he is fast and still only has one real offensive ability... Madara? He can kill just about anybody in 100 different ways. The fact that the kages are alive is also unforgivable.


Next, what is Izanami? I mean, really, it is just tsukuyomi. You can say it is "reality," but I don't see how, as Kabuto is standing there dazed, and tsukuyomi almost killed Kakashi. It is just a bogus jutsu that Kishi needed to dredge up in order to explain why Itachi needs to be around. Furthermore, and back to Madara, who CARES about the Sharringan anymore? We know it is just a half-baked rinnengan now. Not that the rinnengan has ever REALLY had its abilities and limitations spelled out for us. Oh, boohoo, the Uchiha tablet. WHO CARES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE UCHIHA TABLET???? The fact is, Madara took out two mountains this chapter. This ain't the chunin exams no more!

Next, Tobi. Completely unthreatening now. He has been fighting Naruto for a while, I guess, and he has been unable to beat/capture him. See, he used to be such a threat, because every time anybody got near to him, it was game over. Now, he is just another empty threat.

Next, Edo Tensei. I said it from the start, I DON'T CARE ABOUT ZOMBIE NINJAS! I am going to quote the great American author William Faulkner on this one:

"He writes not of love but of lust, of defeats in which nobody loses anything of value, of victories without hope and, worst of all, without pity or compassion."

Mainly the defeats and victories bit: None of these Zetsu clones, and none of these zombies, and none of the nameless allied shinobi who have died MATTER AT ALL TO ME! I don't care, because they are not real characters, or, they are characters begging for death/release. Therefore, the victories are just "YAY! We are back where we started!"

Same with Orochimaru/Kabuto, now that I think of it! The line has been blurred between whether it is Kabuto or Oro, so really, he is just another character who has been dealt with already in the story! And I am sorry, but interjecting Nagato's story into Kabuto's past is not going to make him anymore of a sympathetic character.

Next, Sasuke. I am sorry, but I just cannot believe that Sasuke is seriously still angry, or that Naruto could possibly care anymore. Now, had Sasuke killed Anko, Kakashi, Bee, Tsunade, and Sakura, THEN we would see somebody who was a serious stretch for Naruto to forgive. BUT WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN HIM FORGIVE NAGATO! WHO KILLED EVERYBODY!!!! Sasuke cannot be worse than that!

I hate that the sharringan has been ruined. I hate that we will never get a good explanation about the Senju and Uchiha, or the paths of Nagato, or the Uchiha tablet, or Gedo Maza, or Root. I hate the Kin Gin Bros. All these cool mysterious things, will get the stupid rush that Kabuto's "story" got.

You want my honest opinion? Pain was supposed to be the final villain. Think about it, he is related to Naruto, he has the most advanced eyes, he had gedo maza... The only explanation is that Kishi got more money to extend the series. But by now, not even the creator is putting in the minimum effort. For shame.

You want my honest opinion? Pain was supposed to be the final villain. Think about it, he is related to Naruto, he has the most advanced eyes, he had gedo maza... The only explanation is that Kishi got more money to extend the series. But by now, not even the creator is putting in the minimum effort. For shame.

Anyways, this is what I need to get off my chest- why the HELL did we have to listen to Kabuto's pathetic back round story if there wasn't even going to be a real fight. Shouldn't the unimportant uninformative flashback be MUCH MUCH shorter than the whole goddamn fight? If he wants to move the story along so quickly, fine. I'll grant him that. But either make the flashback quicker or fight longer. Kabuto's super sage mode and Edo T that he'd been working on for YEARS was shot down by some b.s. move that would literally only work in that specific situation. Whatever. No one should have to listen to Kabuto bitching about his life for a month is all I'm saying. That is all.

what makes it unlikely? he totally copied the hand sigs for Edo while Kabuto performed it plus he's still on his destroy Konoha kick and unless he has an army somewhere up sleeve I don't see him accomplishing that.

Did you read the chapter that showed how Edo Tensei worked apparently you did not he can't just magically restart all of Kabuto's Edo's because they were all created by kabuto and put in his summons. He even explained it a bit when he showed Tobi. Hell they just showed it in the Anime as well. So no unless Sauke goes and finds a bunch of DNA from all the same people Kabuto has and then a bunch of alive prisoners he cannot do the Edo.

Also I wanted to vent about something that everyone seems to keep talking about with Edo Madara.

Oh but Muu summoned no he didn't he he just summoned him to the battlefield. Kabuto would have to do the all of the prep through Muu to have him summon an actual Edo which is just stupid( the reason being Kabuto had said it himself throughout the fight with Itachi even if he died the Edo wouldn't release and he said because of his Sage mode he never had to open his eyes. So Kabuto's own arrogance would have prevented that). The reason I believe Kishi showed us Madara was to show how powerful he truly was and to show how far above Hashirama was too everyone else as well.

Finding out the truth was reasonable, elders forcing Itachi to do their dirty and whatever. But now seeing that Itachi really loves the village and sasuke saying how happy he is to be with Itachi now, he should be ok!

I sasuke feels he lost so much and that up is down, down is up and everything is crazy. and for him to see Itachi do what he did. to sasuke the world is still wrong, he let himself slip into darkness. insted of pulling himself out of it, It's easy for him to continue the way he's been going. is there hope for him possibly.

as far as this war has gone, I have to agree..... short and lame. I'm really kinda disspointed. Madara is a god. and woosh he's gone and the kage's are saved by Itachi. none of the story characters lost their lives. making it more dramatic.
