New here...but...
I don't think that Sasuke would have a chance against Tsunade, and even if he did, he won't be the one to kill her (though I do believe she'll die at some point).
When Sasuke beat Orochimaru, Orochimaru was very weak, and Sasuke mainly ended up beating him because the Sharingan trumped Orochimaru's possession.
Tsunade would be at full strength, and she's no pushover, and as far as we've seen, Sasuke would have no way to ensure it was a one-on-one battle, which means it probably wouldn't be one.
Secondly, whoever kills Tsunade is going to be killed by Sakura. Tsunade needs to be avenged, and Sakura and Shizune are the only two people close enough to her to have that right...and I think it'll fall to Sakura. Sasuke's death is going to be one on one against Naruto...Imho.
Thirdly, Tsunade can't be killed by Sasuke. She has her duties as Hokage to die for her country...(sorta) but she also needs to do something about Jiraiya. This makes me think her death will lie with Pain and Konan. I think Tsunade will end up killing one of them (probably Konan), and then end up being killed by the other (probably Pain). Which would lead up to a Naruto + Sakura against Pain together (avenging their teachers).
Of course this is just how I see things, we'll see how wrong I am.

I think it will explain more about sasuke's new eyes in the next chapter.
More than anything. I think it will be more meaningful if Tsunade's death has somethign to do with Jiraiya. It's pretty clear that she loved him...and now that he's dead, I think she needs to try to avenge him. The only problem is her duties as Hokage getting in the way.
Remember Pain now has orders to capture Naruto. I can see Pain coming for Naruto, and then I can see Tsunade saving Naruto at the cost of her own life. (Once again, maybe killing Konan).
I bet that Sasuke will kill Kakashi though.

So far we've seen Sasuke beat a dying Orochimaru who didn't want to kill him, and a dying Itatchi, who wanted to be killed by him. He also beat Team Kakashi, but they're not on Tsunade's level in any way.
We also don't know for sure that he would have beaten team Kakashi as Yamato didn't seem to be beaten yet, (though I bet he would have)
(I personally think Yamato is the man to kill Madara, reliving the battle of Madara vs. First Hokage...except this time, it gets finished for good.)
Thing is, almost all of Sasuke's battles have been rigged completely in his favor. He'd give Tsunade a fight, and it could go either way...but still we really don't know much about either of their power. (and imho, slug > kirin....nothing that slimy can conduct electricity)

the sasuke naruto showdown is coming soon most likely but i dont think akatsuki would allow sasuke to kill naruto as the kyuubi may die with him.. so there may be complications soon

I think team eagle will split up when they get to konoha, Sasuke will try to kill the 5th hokage, and they will fight. When Sasuke is about to kill her, Naruto comes up and Sasuke and Naruto have a big fight like they did 2 years ago except this time Naruto will win.

heres my huge prediction i think that team hawk will take on konaha and when they do it will be the same as 2 years ago there will be a layer of ppl that naruto and his team have to fight b4 they get to sasuke kakashi will fight the guy with zabuzas sword 4 revenge sakura vs kirin both are girls yamoto vs tobi cuntine the legacy of the first the guy with the curse seal vs ????? and then the final battle of naruto and sasuke

Also, I don't think Sai will die (I'm beginning to like him.) But I have a great line in my head for the event in which Sai sacrifices himself (or saves Naruto in some other way)
