Depends on how you put it I guess. If he has minimal 1 handseal for one thing and reduced for the other.

Take the Water Dragon technique, instead of doing 16 damned handseals, he can do maybe like 5? Its not 1 handseal but its still reduced. Nah mean?

Use of 1 Hand-seal for all jutsu for one element, and reduced hand-seals for another. Last time we had the option of reduced handseals for more than one (two) and one hand seal for one element; making it three.

Alucard told me, reduced hand seals for a single element (This referring to the 1 hand seal thing I believe). That's all nothing more no faster hand seals no multiple elements with reduced hand seals nothing like that. O_O

Stop trying to stack abilities. Reduced/faster hand seals for 1 element only. Remove faster hand seals for summonings, other elements and also remove the ''faster than most'', also from the hand seals and stuff and from the taijutsu. You didn't receive weight training and you also already have your reaction time thrice than average so it's good as it is.

Actually you can have all that stuff that I mentioned. I can have Rain too, like the other guy stated that Alu said you cant.. and the hand-seal is the same case, read his thread. Its on the first page of this bio.

So for my Swift bio I can have 1 hand seal for any Swift tech and reduced hand seals for both Wind and Lightning? O_O Just seems weird that one thing is said for one person then another person does something totally opposite. Also how can you have reduced hand seals over an element that you don't have complete mastery over. .-. (Ice says in training)

Why both of yall arguing? If Alucard or Cali checks this, they will post the final say. It will either get approved with no changes, showing that Blizz is right, or Alu or Cali will post their say of "Fix this and that and remove that crap" and then he will have to change it.

Lol, its not that.. I have known this Hand-seal rule for a long time now, Izuna himself announced it. Regarding rain, I had doubts so I asked another mod, and he said it was fine, the other guy who had his rain omitted might have some problems. Lets just wait for Alucard.. Akiza also gave me the permission for Rain.
