Konan- Without preperation, Tsunade beats Konan with low difficulty.

Sasori -Sasori lost to Chiyo and Sakura.The fact you bring Sasori up as someone who can beat Tsunade shows you have about as much brains a subway rat.Sakura tanked the Third Kazekage Iron Sand, and his Iron Sand Drizzle would be easily counter by the strength of a thousand technique.The only logical way for sasori to win is for his poison to effect Tsunade, which has been a debate on this forum for awhile.Tsunade - Mid Difficulty.

People seem to forget that with Tsunades strength, she has a huge advantage of the area. She can manipulate the ground just how she want. Either by throwing huge rocks, create craters, earthquakes, fissures, you name it.

In the anime we saw her knock the ground a little to create a shield for incoming explosion from hanzou.

And don't forget her summon companion Katsuyu.

This is nothing like Rubber Guy's usual style.

This is a sort of well thought out argument for why Tsunade is indeed powerful.

He may have exaggerated in some parts but Tsunade is fairly strong. She is either the strongest, or tied for the strongest female in the manga currently.

The only other females that are/were stronger would be the two previous jinchurikis for the Kyuubi; Kushina and Mito.

Why Oro came to her, when he already had Kabuto, why she was able to heal an entire village at once, and why she was able to quickly and near effortlessly undue the damage done to Kakashi and Sasuke by Itachi's Tsukyomi. Which leads me to believe that Genjutsu won't be very effective on her as she firstly has such excellent chakra control as mentioned above so if she stops her chakra flow the genjutsu is ended in addition to knowledge of how it works, how it affects the brain, and how to treat it. Katsuya- I think Katsuya is underated. No she isn't really a battle slug but consider this a hundred of those kid-sized katsuyas spitting acid. Or given how Tsunade was able to heal the village through Katsuya and she was going to kill Orochimaru with Medical Ninjutsu if a small katsuya a few inches long is stuck on an opponent Tsunade needs only to channel the technique through Katsuya to kill an opponent. I can see Tsunade inacting this jutsu while multitasking as she always holds the jutsu that keeps her looking young, while using augmented monster strength, while using forbidden jutsus, or how she keeps up her technique while she heals.In addition to the obvious fact that Katsuya can crush people.

Body Pathway Derangement- This technique would disable nearly anyone who does not have a lightening cloak. Kabuto was a prodigy and it took him some time to figure out how to move. Should she use this technique she could smash her opponent while they were unable to move or you know slit their throat.

Dexterity-Contrary to popular belief Tsunade is not slow. She's only ever been hit four times in combat from what we've seen.

Against Pein Jiraiya would not have known his secrets as hokage and still would've died. It was Jiraiya's death that pushed Naruto to learn Sage Mode. So if Jiraiya were hokage Naruto wouldn't have been strong enough to defeat Pein.
If Kakashi were hokage... he still would've died the same way but he would have listened to the advisers and kept Naruto in the village and when Pein attacked he would have been screwed. We've never really seen Kakashi disobey people who seemingly have authority over him as an adult.
I think we saw the damage done by Danzo's short reign as interim hokage. He managed to lose the trust of the the other great shinobi nations and the neutral samurai nation. He is the reason that sasuke attacked the summit. And in the chaos Tobi was able to declare the 4th ninja world war. And honestly what do you think he would've done with Naruto as hokage during Pein's invasion? Would he have let Naruto leave beforehand to train at mount Myoboku?

Who exactly told you most of the people were dead? Yes, Pein brought a lot of people back to life, but Konoha is a major village with many many people. Of course there will be a lot of deaths, but had she not used her summon who would have survived the Shinra Tensei besides her and her anbu guards? Naruto fought a weakened version on Pein. If you recall the Shinra Tensei that he used used a lot of chakra and shortened his life span. He didn't have enough energy at that point to safely use CT.

In addition restoring the bodies lost back to fighting condition. And the fights he engaged in and let's not forget that Naruto didn't really solo him. Naruto was trying not to use the Kyuubi but with his own prowess in battle (with prep time) he was beat, at which point the kyuubi saved his arse. Naruto did well in his fight but without the Kyuubi's help he would have died. Beyond that Tsunade did her duty as hokage. Rushing out to battle isn't necessarily the duty of a leader. We certainly don't see Presidents of the front line. Rather she used her power to protect the people of Konoha. When she thought everyone was safe she was going to charge into battle only to find that she needed to expend more chakra to protect the village. Even with no energy left she still went out to battle in a desperate attempt to save the village but after having done everything else in her power before attempting suicide in the name of Konoha.

She's definitely underrated by those on here. She's more than likely about to solo Madara. Its her family heritage she's fighting for as well as the village/world.

And before you jump down my throat, its five on one yes, but I don't think the other Kages will play a big role in this fight from here on. I'd be surprised if we got any more than the occasional ranged attack from the Mizukage/Gaara chasing him around with sand like we've been seeing. And four people standing around doesn't really count as help.

And I could be totally wrong and she's about to die, I dunno. But she did just smash thru Susano, Uchiha fan boys "ultimate defense"

It seems her and Oonoki are about to do this. They both have a personal point to prove. Tsunade as hokage and Tsunade as a Senju and direct relative of Hashirama. Oonoki has something to prove since his last encounter with Madara. (However, Mei does need some more impressive feats.) But given the current shinobi in the leaf at this point Tsunade is best person for the job of hokage. I really can't imagine Naruto or Kakashi behind huge stacks of paper work currently. Nor can I imagine Kakashi being as useful as Tsunade was as hokage. (Yes he fought pein's paths but without her use of Katsuyu the information gained would have been useless). If any kages should die at this point it should be A and Oonoki. A's ability to protect his village is greatly reduced now that he has one arm. Oonoki refuses to give up his seat as kage. For that reason, he'll need to be replaced so the youngsters can surpass the old shinobi.
So I think the kages who will die in this fight are Oonoki and A. The others are young or in Tsunade's case still necessary. I would imagine her staying hokage until Naruto is ready.

Lifting and maneuvering in mid-air requires more effort than when you and the force of the object your lifting is on the ground being supported by the ground. Frog Kata hurts a face and breaks bones. Tsunade's punch eliminates a large chunk of body. Tsunade's base strength is much greater than Sakura's enhanced strength. So no, short of having a bijuu you're not beating her strength.

Just wanted to point out that Naruto does have a bijuu as well. Though I do understand that he said Sage Mode Naruto.

Tsunade's abilities, character and usefulness within the Narutoverse is the least of all the Hidden Village Leaders (Kage's) and Hidden Leaf Leaders (Hokage's). IMO
The other Kage's abilities just seem to outweigh hers (or at least they are newer (for the most part) and are therefore more interesting) and the other Hokage's seem to have done a lot more for the leaf than her.
I mean she did a great job in healing everyone during the Pein attack, and im glad she took the role as Hokage (not that there was really any other choice than Danzo who's a prick) but she's just lacking that UMPH that other leaders seem to have:

Raikage: - awesome speed - strength, speed and all round baddasery surrounding his abilities and attitude

Kazekage: - Transformation from Chinchuriki and villain - Leader and well respected Shinobi

Mizukage: - Sexiness and Bloodline Limits

Tsuchikage: - Interesting Personality, Awesome powers (use of dust technique and his dismantling cube jutsu, Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique
Flight Technique)

--1st Hokage (Hashirama) - Legend - Wood Release - fought Madara - Founded Leafe

--2nd Hokage (Tobimara) - Gave his life in battle, followed his brothers footsteps

--3rd Hokage (Sarutobi) - Gave his life defeating Orochimaru/Defending the leaf EVEN in his old age

--4th Hokage (Minato) - Sacrificed his life in order to save the leaf and his son / Created Rasengan

--5th Hokage (Tsunade) - Chakra Control - Strenght, Best Medical Ninja, Byakugou - Firsts Grand Daughter

Also she's kinda made out to be a bit of a whiner - Losing Dan and her brother (weakened her personality a lot) etc, Letting THE J-Man die.

Overall since the original series, she just seems to be a less interesting character that we know everything about. The fact that she's been there since the original series means she really needed to step up a LOT more than she has in the war so far for her to be an interesting character again - especially since she was used a lot in Original Naruto as Comedic Relief.
Ultimately it comes down to the audience's perception of her and not what her actual abilities are.

She will most likely be killed off during the battle against madara or after (due to exhaustion from Byakugou Technique) to make way for Naruto as Hokage :3

You make some good points though, but honestly, what were you expecting, she's a woman in a Kishi Anime LOL.
