LOL WHUTTTTTT Itachi is definitely one of the strongest characters in the Manga but to put him against 3 of the strongest at the same time, even with Edo making him more op he has almost no chance
Oro: Orochimaru has his regeneration, snake summons-especially manda, oral rebirth ++++ other rebirth techs, many forbidden jutsu, Tripple Rashouman, Hydra Mode, he gives off poison, sword of Kusanagi, sealing techs, and his extreme intelligence plus he has spent his whole life learning new jutsu's so that he could learn them all and become omnipotent, there are plenty of techs he has that we haven't seen.
Jiraya: Sage mode, frog summons-especially Gamabunta, fusion jutsu with frogs, swamp of the underworld, rasengan, frog song, extreme speed and strength, sealing techs, massive rasengan, huge ammount of chakra, and lots of experience. Itachi does have an unusually large amount of experience for his age but he is still less than half the Sannin's age and way less experience.
Tsunade: Healing Seal, super strength + chakra enhanced strength= massive strength, healing techs, Katsuyu, due to her medical knowlegde she can mess with your internal structure like she did to Kabuto, she trains to dodge attacks all the time, sealing techs, and super survivability. Before she used her seal whilst fighting Kabuto and Orochimaru she already took multiple attacks that pierced her chest and abdomen which would have killed any real person and most anyone even in the Narutoverse.
Itachi's a beast but not strong enough to take down these three.
