Looll yea, unhealthy itachi would would most likely die LOL, he can't hold up susanno for too long it's puts extreme pain on the body according to sasuke, +his pain from the disease, Unhealthy may be able to take out 1 of them, maybe 2 if he pushes himself hard..
The thing is we don't know what unhealthy itachi really could have done..
We can't judge that sasuke vs itachi fight..

Zetsu said that he wasn't dodging things he could have dodged.. And tobi told sasuke that if itachi really wanted to kill him he could have.

He was able to pull off however, 3 consecutive amaterasu's, 1 sealed amaterasu, 1 tsukyomi, 1 katon, and 1 genjutsu at the begining

bold part is non sense. tobi said that if itachi knew his secret he could have killed tobi,but this line could be applied for anyone. konan almost killed tobi because she knew tobi's secret, luckily, tobi manages to hide his izanagi.

I'm so tired of this redundant arguement about how Itachi, 1) is out numbered. 2) Is an Edo, (I mean seriously, do you think that'll makes him stronger just because he can't die by conventional means). 3) is such a badass.......REALLY????

Nope, he's more powerful because he can spam tsukyomi and amaterasu, things none of them can dodge
