Honestly, it depends on what you mean by who is better. If you're talking beating Jinchuuriki's and Bijuu, then Hashirama is better. But in a straight up nin-nin fight I do believe Hiruzen was in a different league.

As for the post ripping on Hiruzen for "almost dying to a TBB", that was Kishi's plot no jutsu at work. They weren't showcasing Hiruzen, they were giving Minato the spotlight. You know it and I know it.

Tobi stated he wasnt at his strongest, he's at his weakest but still he's going against naruto and we STILL haven't seen his EMS. Tobi's age is unknown, he knows a lot of info on Madara, Itachi, peoples clan thru their jutsu's .

Oonoki is old. He fights like he's at his prime. His dust tech. Are still stronger than ever.

Tsunade's old, she's basically fighting Madara on her own right now as the others watch her on her rampage. Her healing is superior to anyone as now, after Hash, and He punch is stronger than the Raikage's

The Raikage is old, holds the 2nd fastest speed of now, packs a punch but not like Tsunade's right.

These people are old and not at their prime but yet they fight like they are!! Age is just a number!! U_U

You're right about the RRinnegaan part but the Kurama part makes me sigh even more. As Hash is trying to surpress kurama, what's Madara doing.. ? Kurama isnt controlling himself, his only goal is to destroy and that's it.

Everyone you named has Kekkei genkai.. so of course they are still powerful. Hiruzen didnt have that, all he had were his jutsu and enma. His chakra reserves were way lower then they used to be, which is why he only summoned 2 shadow clones (enma's words).

Orochimaru never got his arms back or jutsu, when he fought sasuke he didnt have them..
I know madara is controlling kuama but for all we know madara could have been fighting wood clones, becuase at the ennd of the day hash was able to touch karuma to supress his chakra.

The way I see it they are both the strongest.Cause from the point of veiw of some1 lookin at history would like iruka the 3rd is kinda the strongest 4 havein outlived all hokages b4 him.But I think the 1th could beat him in a 1 on 1.think about it like this people love jfk and feel like he gave hope promise of a better America but his brother Teddy has done more 4 America cause he lived longer but many people don't kno that IMO

Please I PWN'd you a long time ago when you couldn't name one battle that hiruzen has won. Hiruzen got killed in the first battle we saw him in. People underestimate simultaneously going up against eternal mangekyou and the kyuubi. I have been waiting for someone to give me just one battle accomplishment. All you can do is assume with no factual information to back it up. Look at the poll if you think your winning you are blind.
