whoa whoa, YOU don't get to count anything, they all ready counted it thats what his stats are and if you want to be technical they would be split into 8 point brackets, making 32 the cutoff for A, anything 32 or above is an S rank ninja dude. do math correctly or don't post it at all. Databook 3 is his skill immediately after fighting itachi which means he is stronger than that now making him an S rank ninja, not in opinion, in fact. if you don't think an eternal mangekyou is worth .5 points in the databook then you're just stupid. all the points you did make, you just unmade and became foolish. now prove that wrong.

8 goes into 40 5 times, thus making A 24-32, S 32-40. your percentages have no place here. do them all you want. they're split into 8 point brackets and how or why you would argue that is beyond me completely. your doing skewed math to support your own theory, and if all you can do is call me a fanboy to compensate then that's weak. do the math we learned in kindergarten and you'll get the right answer. stop trying to rig it to support your crackpot addition skills. it isn't an argument at all its a fact. dude has 31.5 point which makes him, without rounding, the highest level A ninja you can be. even if you don't round him to 32, he's still light years from the B rank which is 7.5 points lower than his skill set. i don't understand who you are to think you can change whatever facts the creative team of naruto has set forth.

But just for your bracket theory. He's A rank from DB, but still B rank in the manga, because he lacks the cool to be at his best.
Lets give him his EMS so he'll be an S in DB, but do you honestly think, he has the full capabilities the cool the cunning to be S rank. He's kinda a hat trick ninja dont u think.

Sasuke can defeat Danzo & Deidara so he can defeat each and every konoha 11 (nit including Naruto) 1 v 1. Keep in mind that he beat Danzo with about 50% chakra and Deidara with 100%. That by itself elevates him to A rank. Not to mention he mastered Amaterasu and improved it past Itachi's. He also developed a multiple uses for Chidori. He also had contracts with both Manda(maybe because of Oro inside him) and also a hawk. He also created Kirin. He defeated 15 Zetsu's by himself. He defeated close to 100 people when training with Oro. He is at least A rank. Just because someone gets slapped around in battles all the time doesn't negate their rank otherwise Naruto would be D rank.
