however : i believe kabuto will be the reason that sasuke will awaken Rinnegan : i believe sasuke will expirience death against Kabuto.
thing is : there's no Evidence for this to happen it's just an evidence-less prediction,
on the other hand,there is a good evidence about naruto awakening Sasuke's Rinnegan :
his quote when he said : "I'm the one that gives sasuke strength" when Naruto and Yamato had a conversation about the elements and that Fuuton against Katon is useless on the contrary it makes it more powerfull that's when Naruto came up with this phrase : "because of me sasuke's alive and stronger ! Very well done. However, some interesting things to note:

-Madara didn't awaken the Rinnegan until after he had obtained Hashirama's DNA

-Itachi actually did mention another eye technique being obtained when one awakens the EMS

This. @ the OP, Madara was referring to his real death, not his faked death against Hashi. He survived that battle, without the rinnegan, and awakened it much later on; that is waht the manga implies at least.

And as for Itachi referencing the Rinnegan in his statement about the new doujutsu.... thats a big stretch if you ask me. Basically that would be saying that EMS= Rinnegan. Because beyond transplanting eyes, nothing else at all was required to awaken this technique. Your whole bit about balance is that Rinnegan > EMS, so if thats so, why would Rinnegan awaken with the same circumstances as EMS?

I don't know exactly what you are implying, since your OP is so open-ended on a lot of things, but perhaps you mean the EMS activation allowed for the circumstances to happen to awaken Rinnegan later on.... rather than EMS and Rinnegan awakening at the same time. But even if you implied that, Kishi/Itachi would not have put that statement on the same page if that's what he seriously meant. I could try to over explain this.... but what Itachi was talking about was not Rinnegan, it was a 4th EMS tech imo. I mean the image of Madara shows him with EMS... so the new eye tech is EMS related for sure, not Rinnegan related.

This is all very well and thought out. And i am not saying i don't believe its true but i was wondering if this is true. Why did Tobi take only one eye from Nagato and requires 1 MS eye and 1 riningan eye? If riningan is the ultimate form why not take both eyes? Also its said the sage of 6 paths split into 6 paths (or reincarnaited(the child of prophcey)) which were nagato, madara, senju, saskue, naruto, and tobi. Because aperntly not anyone could just have the riningan planted into to them to control it they had to be a descendent of the 2 brothers who orginally got the sages powers as you said of body and spirit and eyes and chakra.

Im not saying your wrong overall im just wondering if you had a theory on why Tobi only took one eye and is using the other eye.

Also do you have speculation if tobi is Obito, because 1 you said there has to be a near death experience for them to unlock MS and then take the eye of a fellow clan member to have EMS. So did obito survive the rock and get MS and then find madaras body and get EMS? And become what is now tobi? He was mad at the world for fighting and war. He promised to find a way to enternal peace when he was talking to kakashi on there mission before he died. do you think the moon-eye plan is this?

That, right there, strongly implies that there is at least a chance rinnegan requires Senju DNA. I used to strongly think that Rinnegan did not require Senju DNA, but now I'm split on the matter, and your post really didn't prove anything additionally to me.

At the very least, Kishi has left things open-ended with how he's handled these issues but the only way it will be confirmed is when Sasuke unlocks Rinnegan for himself, whether he will have senju DNA at that time or not.

I see what your saying but if you look at the scene where Kabuto states that after the sharigan comes the Rinnegan you can come to a conclusion of a sort.

Madara states in that scene that he awoken the Rinnegan shortly before his death and then asked what Kabuto meant about "being completed beyond your prime". Madara thus got mad because he knew that Kabuto knew Madara had Hashirama's powers. The next scene is very telling and just remember that Madara told Kabuto that he awoken his eyes shortly before his death. Kabuto states that he can NOW touch a fragment of the SO6P power in which Kabuto states he created this power. Madara thus says that Kabuto did not create this power.

Now why would Kabuto say he created that power? He wasn't talking about the Rinnegan but in fact he was talking about "creation of all techniques". We can kind of understand this because Kabuto states no such thing while he was using Nagato. So after Madara dropped the meteor Kabuto then says "so this is the power of the SO6P". In a sense Kabuto is referring to the TRUE power of the SO6P which is "creation of all techniques". Which allows the user to create thing through imagination. This is why Kabuto was so excited with Madara over Nagato. Well that and Mokuton.

One thing we need to remember is that Kabuto guessed correctly in saying that after the sharigan comes the Rinnegan and Madara wasn't shocked by this(this is key right here) he was shocked about what Kabuto knew in which was Izanagi and thus creation of all techniques. With that hypothesis, he then guess that if the Uchiha had the sages eyes then the Senju had the Sages body and by combining the two who unlocked both would grant him the most powerful technique in the Naruto would and that would be "creation of all techniques".
