[Spoilers] Naruto OVA 9 Sage Mode BANNED in Chunin Exams

The OVA was great! Really amazing and entertaining. The battle was crazy but why did they not allow Naruto to use Sage Mode? Naruto would definitely kill the guy, so why ban Sage Mode? Naruto did not even attack Konohamaru while in Sage Mode yet. I guess they were saying warnings during the "Sakura's boot to the head to Naruto" But still. -.-'

It's pretty obvious why they banded Sage mode you said it yourself he would destroy and kill the opponent with ease. Naruto is already low-mid kage level in SM, to for a chuunin exam they had to restrict it, to protect the contestants.

I thought the fight was funny, loved the boot to the face. And when everyone said idiot.

In the OVA, they banned it because it's not something that everyone can equally obtain or do.

In the actual Narutoverse it is not banned though so no worries.

The OVA was just supposed to be hilarious and it was.

I only watched the fight itself, not the bits before and after it. But did they even tell Naruto that SM was banned? Or did they tell him and Naruto being his 'thick-headed' self used it anyway?

what made me laugh my ass off was the desplay and background celebration/explosion when konohamaru managed to get one hit, just because of that one hit, out of the dozens that naruto landed on him, and it was because Naruto tripped to begin with.
And yea Naruto's name has become well known, there's no point in hiding that he's the son of the Fourth Hokage anymore since the idea was so people wouldnt go after him for been important, but anyways, im okay with him "loosing" cause everyone in that stadium knows that Naruto is hella strong and in a searious fight he would win and that he only "lost" cause he didnt hear the rule about not using sage mode.

He doesn't need sage mode to beat any of those guys, so banning it is appropriate, I mean he would've murdered even the regular chuunin and jounin being in sage mode. So having sage mode illegal makes perfect sense.

But it was entertaining, I liked Sakura's reaction when Temari said "Shut up Sakura!", it was funny, and when all of them said "Idiot" to Naruto. xd

Lool the best moment was when they all were saying "idiot" cose i 1st thought they were talking about konohamaru since he was dancing as if he alredy won.. then the camera suddenly switches to naruto which makes it even funnier xD
