2.) senju Hashirama bc he beat Madara, could use Mokuton, and control bijuus
3.) Madara Uchiha bc he is second 2 Hashirama in skill and has ems, and before he died unlocked rinnengan
4.) nagato bc he could take on hanzou and take him out alone, when orochimaru tsnade and jariya couldn't together.
5.) Itachi Uchiha bc he took out the whole Uchiha clan, and planned everything out ago far after his death, even tho things didn't turn all the way out as planned.
6 hurizen Bc of his jutsu knowledge and supposedly remarkable abilities at his young age and selflessness for comrades

i inclued on people we know more about, not just hear say and weighted my decision whether they had KG or not. people with KG had a harsher weight in my eyes making there rank go down.

I don't really care about the order. Just who belong here.
10. Neji Hyuga - Yes
9. Kabuto Yakutsk No. Yes he's extremely competent but he's more of a diligent worker and power seeker which results in him being a late-bloomer. Maybe he's a prodigy but I wouldn't call him so.
8. Kakashi Hatake - Yes
7. Sasuke Uchiha - Yes
6. Orochimaru - Yes
5. Itachi Uchiha - Yes
4. Nagato Uzumaki - No. Again, not because he isn't fantastic in current age but even when he first acquired the Rinnegan, apart from the spurts of involuntary actions, he took his time to gain his stride until he learned Gedou jutsu and is now top-tier. Late-bloomer.
3. Minato Namikaze - Yes
2. Hashirama Senju - Not really. I'm more inclined to believe he was a moderate grower with a higher potential. Not enough evidence to show what he was like in youth.
1. Madara Uchiha - Not really. Unlike Hashi I'm actually inclined to agree here seeing the way certain red eyed peeps grow.
My judgement is based on achievements at young ages not final potential or reputation.
My list is everyone I said yes to plus Shikamaru, Sasori and Gaara.

Sasuke should go before Orochimaru. Considering he killed him and it doesn't matter if he was sick or not because if he went into the body transfer technique with Sasuke he would do the same thing he did the first time. And Orochimaru would have lost again. And you can't say oro wouldnt go in the body transfer technique. Because if he killed Sasuke which I doubt he could or those three years would have been for nothing.

i weighted my decision,itachi is wayyyyy better all around but since he got a KG i made him third. i thought kakashi and minato would have surpassed itachi if granted a KG. i just wanted to make it fair in my opinon.
