(Entei no Yoro) Flame Empress Armour

Description: This armor is dark red predominantly, but also sports orange and black parts, with the first ones being shaped like flames and the second resembling dragon’s limbs. It’s basically made up of three different parts: the revealing breastplate with dragon like wings attached to it, the orange gauntlets and the dragon claw shaped greaves. The armors special ability allows the user to absorb up to A-Rank fire techniques, and using the fire chakra absorbed they channel it towards the sword and with a swing the release a A-Ran fire stream.
-Can absorb one fire technique per turn
-Can only be used by Toshiro

I'll need to close this thread for a few days to get it up to date. As you know, we've been suffering staff changes and since we've been needing to pitch in here and there, some things have been left behind a bit, namely in my case, my duties in this thread and the CFS thread.

±± New Cycle of submissions. This cycle however, won't last a full week. It will start from this post and will be end at the 29th of April.

I must remind members that reading the first post of this thread is essential to be able to submit techniques properly and get them approved. Following the proper templates, formatting rules/restrictions and general guidelines for submitting a technique is half way through to getting your Cj approved ±±

(Doton: Doro Rappu) - Earth Style: Mud Wrap

Description: The person takes hold of Chakra infused mud already in play due to the chakra already found in the mud it can be slightly manipulated to surround the opponent. It basically blasts out and around the opponent covering their body in mud. This makes moving harder as well as restricts breathing. This is due to the chakra infused mud that covers the opponent It has the same effect as Swamp of the Underground as it saps the enemy of his strength. The mud can possibly asphyxiate the opponent if it successfully covers the opponent completely. The mud can be controlled slightly and forced to surround the opponent's head making it's way into their nose, mouth and eyes. The user must have used a Mud based Earth jutsu prior to this jutsu.
Notes:

-Must have already used a mud based jutsu such as Swamp, Mud Fall, or mud bullets
-Must be able to manipulate up to A rank Earth to use this
-Must be the person's own Chakra infused Mud

~ How is that even possible ? It's mud, not some life-sucking leech. If you mean it slows them down, prevents them from moving, bla bla, that's fine, but not sapping their strength, because that's just silly. ~

I edited it. I basically meant the same as the Swamp of the Underground how it becomes harder to move the more you struggle.

(Doton: Kasui dou) - Earth Style: Spiked Body

Description: The user concentrates doton chakra throughout his body, he then releases the doton chakra through his skin forming a thin layer of hardened earth. He can then manipulate the thin layer to form spikes all around his body skewering anything that is in immediate contact with the user. This comes in handy when in close range combat if the user has the opponent in a hold the spikes can skewer the opponent fatally wounding him. The spikes can not be shot out from the users body and when he releases hold of them they simply fall off of the user. This can be controlled to make a single spike or dozens.
Notes:

-Can only be used thrice per battle
-Must be able to manipulate up to A rank Earth to use this
-The spikes can only reach out an arms length
-While covered in spikes the user is weakened to Raiton based attacks.

Description: The user concentrates his wind chakra at a point and produces a small sharp blade of wind which is 2cm long and as thin as a needle to cut the opponent immediately. This slice of wind resembles something like a paper cut and will do nothing overly harmful to the opponent but it can be useful to interrupt a string of hand seals the enemy may be performing, as the cut is instant.
Note: Can only be used 3 times.

(Genjutsu: Niwa Tougenkyou) - Illusionary Arts: Garden of Eden

Description: The user releases his chakra into his opponents brain and makes him see trees and flowers grow out of the ground in the most beautiful way, whilst the opponent is distracted by this roots of a plant grow out of the ground extremely fast and bind the opponent to a spot, with the roots wrapping tightly around the opponent and restricting any movement. Due to the user thinking he/she is constricted by the plant roots he/she is unable to move.
Note: Can only be used 3 times.
Note: No Genjutsu in next turn.

Furthermore the thick line of winds length can be changed by the user depending on whether the opponents hands are closer or further away from each other. This jutsu is mainly used to restrict the opponent from bringing his hands together thus preventing him from using hand seals.

(Soshi Soroi) Elemental Suit

Damage Points: 60 (Depending on if the user attacks using this.)
Description: The user will release an elemental chakra that has an actual physical substance such as water or earth and will release it from their body making a highly concentrated suit of that element that encases their body. This acts as a defense and attack mechanism. It attacks by utilizing the element that the suit is made of to create anything (within reason) from it. If the user for example creates a suit of earth, they can make a shield form from the earth on their right arm that covers their body, same goes for if they use the water element. They can make a spike erupt from the earth or water from the suit that will pierce through the opponent or make spikes erupt from all over the suit to strike multiple targets. The user could make springs under their feet allowing them to jump to great heights. The size of what they create from the suit can be up to only 5 meters in height and 1 meters in width.


Notes:
- Each suit lasts for 3 turns.
- Must wait 2 turns before making another suit.
- The user can only use the suit to create one thing once per turn and it counts as one of their 3 jutsus per turn.
- A suit can be made only once per battle, so once if you make a suit of water and it 3 turns are over then you cannot create it again, but you can still make a suit of earth.

(Kagenresu Katana) Shadowless Sword

Description: This sword was forged by the elder snakes and infused with Swift chakra by Ulquiorra. This making it so that he can make the sword move at great speeds while wielding it in his hands, slashing anyone in reach in an instant with great cutting power due to the speed. The blade is made of an unknown material that is impossible to break and never dulls. The blade it'self is sharp enough to cut through solid bone like butter. The user can only use the infused chakra to benefit towards increasing movement of strikes with the sword, as well as grant the arm that is wielding the sword the ability to move at enhanced speed for blocking and striking as long as he is wielding the sword.

Notes:
~ Only Yard may Wield this sword.
~ This cannot be used to enhance run speed.
~ The user can only use the chakra of the sword to enhance the movement of the arm or arms wielding the sword and that is for strikes and defending.

The musk also can make the opponent nauseas, however it also allowers the Ninken and their human companion to track them by smell with ease. Inuzuka clan members are usually immune to this musk as they produce their own naturally. Doujutsu users will also see the release of the pheromones due to it being melded with chakra.
-Nausia lasts for one turn and can prevent the opponent from using techniques that require exhaling in fear of vomiting, it also disrupts the opponents sense of balance.
-The pheromones will not be able to use the air as a medium if it is raining.

The blades of wind being no larger than 2 inches, and being extremely flat and sharp at the edges. The blades of wind are relatively invisible, however the only saving grace the opponent has, is that they can be seen slighty if the suns glow hits them, and that they create a slight faint, yet just noticeable by anyone who is being aware of their surrondings breeze. The user is able to direct the swarm of petals with several fluid hand movements, using them to attack or defend.
-Can only be used 2x.
-No A rank or above fuuton jutsu for the rest of the turn.

Description: This technique was specifically designed for several opponents in the case of being outnumbered or simply to make the battle easier. The technique was developed after studying the unique mind techniques of the Yaminaka, which bare close resemblance to genjutsu. In this illusion, the user will focus their chakra on two or more opponents which will initiate the illusion. The illusion will first have the victims believe as if their opponent is using a wind technique, by experiencing a huge gust of wind mixed with dust, blocking their vision. Once the victims regain their sight, both victims will look upon their comrades and see the image of the shinobi they were fighting and believe their comrades to be their enemies and they will see an image of their partner having been killed. Both shinobi victims will then ensue each other in combat. In the case there is more then two opponents being manipulated by this jutsu, each shinobi will see several copies of their opponent, believing that they've used the Shadow Clone Jutsu. While they fight their comrades as enemies and believing their comrade to be dead, the actual caster of this jutsu will be out of their sight and vision. This jutsu is meant to cause mass confusion and chaos among ranks and hopefully getting the enemy to injure their own lines or even kill them. While this illusion is in play the caster can move about freely as a result.
~For use on more then two opponents, the hand seals Horse → Bird must be used in order for the user to focus their chakra to a wider range of enemies

Restrict the amount of times it can be used and what's the process which activates the gengutsu (eye contact, hand seals, etc). Just focus chakra isn't a valid reason. Also, about that 'huge gust of wind', add that it isn't enough to do damage your opponent. It only blinds them.

~ Ridiculous. The Yamanaka mind techniques have nothing to do with Genjutsu. Your technique also has nothing to do with Yamanakas, since the whole enemy fighting themselves thing is not exactly an uncommon idea ~

The white lightning shield is also able to reduces psychical and Elemental damage, while In this form the user psychical attacks become electrified , and the user can slam their hands together with Great Force And When The users Hands collide They releases Raiton Chakra That They Gathered from the white lightning Creating A Flash So Bright That Any Thing in Close To Mid-Range Is Blinded with a white flash(Hand clap)

Basically Just Make A Fist And Bring index finger And The middle finger Out Of It And Just Place One On Top Of The Other One And Slide It Across


±± Declined ±± This is not a C-Rank. Also, you can't keep capitalizing the first letter of each word you type. It makes it very hard to read and understand. Also, this needs more explanation on both its effects and also its abilities, although i must admit the general idea isn't that bad.

The user then proceeds to rub their two fingers across their other one's creating A sound so high pitch that it causes anyone in close range to mid-range to become death ( complete Loss of hearing ),and also causing severe pain to the the target, This happens because when the fingers on one hand comes in contact with the fingers on the other hand the friction becomes so great that when the two sounds mix it causes an even higher pitched sound to form, that new sound gives off vibrations at such a high speed that it causes the targets ears drums to become extremely stricken with pain ,the high pitched sound causes the loss of hearing(hearing a loud ringing sound) , and the vibrations cause the pain

, in this form the sword can send out pulses of raiton chakra in a desired direction,the raiton pulses can pierces solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body and sending it back into your sword letting you know something is there. You send out the pulses by swinging your sword in that direction and the pulses can only be sent out horizontally.

Abilities: User can, by using his chakra, create any weapon, shield or armor on any place on his body through use of special bracer. While they don't possess any special abilities they can be imbued with elemental chakra in order to increase their effectiveness. Although they can be thrown or shot, they will dissolve into thin air in a short time after hitting the target as they got too far from bracer. Every creation counts as a jutsu, but creating multiple copies of same thing still count as only one jutsu (for example, a handful of shurikens).

Snivellus is the boss summon of the Sea Snails that reside in the underwater caves near Kirigakure. Snivellus isn't the biggest snail but he also isn't the smallest. He has a very bright purple-orange shell with spikes that cover it except for a small area on top (where the summoner stands or sits). Snivellus is big enough to have one user ride on the shell so about 8 feet high and 10 feet long. He is faster then the typical snail on land but his speed on water is increased to that of the user. Being the boss of the Sea Snails he does have unique abilities that only pertain to him. Snivellus has complete mastery over the lightning element and can use most techniques (except forbidden). The spikes that reside on his back have the ability to conduct incoming lightning/electric techniques and nullify them (up to B-Rank). Unlike other snails, sea snail's bodies are closer to the ground and when they emerge from the shell there face/eyes are at the base of the shell while the very long antennas they have rise to the higher of the shell. This goes for the same towards Snivellus and from these antennas is where he is able to unleash a very powerful electrical charge throughout the ground. Snivellus will slam his antennas into the ground and release a very powerful lightning current that takes the form as a spear. A current emits from both antennas and is sent towards the target in a crescent path so it hits a target from both sides.

Notes:
- Can use lightning techniques up to S-Rank which count towards the users moves
- Diffuses targeted lightning techniques up to B-Rank // twice per battle
- Lightning Spear Current is up to mid-range // once per battle // counts as technique // is Forbidden Ranked and dispels him due to the damage caused

Beauregard speaks to the user and doesn't attack. He's simple there for the purpose of sensory.

The weapon set consists of four different fangs, each having two special natures and highly attractive to one of the swords, however, repulsive to the other two. All four fangs are made with different Metals and elemental Chakra. When used together they become set of extremely powerful weapons with high durability.
The Fangs were considered to be super natural weapons, recorded by earlier generations that they were bestowed in the ninja world to keep balance in power. The legend continues to state that each of the sword was sent down to one of the country in the ninja world, some people trying to attain the power ended up slaughtering innocent people for their evil purpose. The Fangs were then sealed in an stone located in middle of those countries. Over the time the seal broke, once again revealing the power of legendary fangs to the mere humans.

暗殺者芳 | The Messiah's Fang:

Being Attractive to a weapon means that the end of the handle (start of the sword) fits into the end of the handle of other sword allowing the user to hold two swords in one hand, both pointing in opposite directions.

I was actually confused since you are asking me to make a basic set of swords with fusing together ability to make it more complex, like i stated in the previous post that the chakra was just to add uniqueness to the sword, but now i am putting it to use with a limitation.

~ Since you clearly didn't understand what Alucard said, let me repeat it. THESE ARE 4 ( FOUR ) SWORDS. Each has their own ability and chakra nature. THESE CANNOT BE ONE ( 1 ) WEAPON. It will never be approved like this. Pick ONE weapon and submit it.~

A hyuuga member will take their stance causing the 8 trigrams circle to appear under him/her and anything within short-range and mid-range. The user begins doing a special dance where as they move in unpredictable patterns, they "thrust" the air itself at very high speeds in the direction of the opponent with their middle and index finger. The opponent will feel nothing at first with it feeling like small weak air bullets, but as the the technique progresses after 2 seconds, these bullets become small precision like, stinging blades that not only give the opponent agonizing pain, limiting their movement, but attacks 64 tenketsu on the opponent's body limiting their chakra, only allowing them to perform 2 jutsus a turn for 2 turns.

Once a Magnet Zombie is destroyed the remaining metal from them isn't poofed away and can be used for other attacks. -Can't use anything but magnetism ninjutsu while controling a Magnet Zombie. -D Rank Summons have no turn limit but are very slow and weak can have up to 4 out at a time due to barely empowering them with movement. have a simple ability that can be used once per zombie.

The thickness of the mist is so great that standing within it would cause anyone to become drenched in seconds and cause anyone that does not hail from Kirigakure to become incapable of breathing. The aura of mist moves with the user and does not spread, staying within short range of the user, with the user at the epicenter. The main purpose of this technique is to use it to allow continuous defense against Katon techniques of S-rank and below - its density and the amount of Suiton chakra within it allowing it to defend against techniques that would normally be capable of evaporating it.
Note: For the duration that this technique is sustained, the user cannot focus any Chakra Nature other than Suiton and cannot see through it with normal eyesight.

Restrict the amount of time this jutsu is active and reduce the amount of times it can be used to 2. Also, be more specific on the part about people who can't breath inside this mist. They can't breath properly but what happens to them? Affects their movements, speed, reaction time? Also add that this jutsu needs X amount of hand seals.

Inhaling the mist would cause them to cough violently as their body tries to evacuate the dense mist from their lungs, which has some effect on one's ability to react and move with dexterity, but this subsides shortly and can not cause the opponent to lose consciousness, so long as they do not remain within the mist. The aura of mist moves with the user and does not spread, staying within short range of the user, with the user at the epicenter. The main purpose of this technique is to use it to allow continuous defense against Katon techniques of S-rank and below - its density and the amount of Suiton chakra within it allowing it to defend against techniques that would normally be capable of evaporating it.

The user will slowly rotate downwards while in the tornado and eventually touch the ground. The user can begin running and can change the direction of the tornado so that it cannot be dodged.

Damage points are incorrect. If you rotate a sphere of wind that fast near you and add such amounts of fire chakra, the fire would engulf you completely. Also remove the part where it says the tornado cannot be dodged and add physical damage to you. Burned limbs which prevent you from engaging in taijutsu or performing hand seals with normal speed, etc. Also, add the hand seals needed for this jutsu to be performed. And a simple clap of hand seals won't cut it as this is forbidden rank.


Hyouton: Burakkuaisubīmu [Ice Release: Black Ice Beam]

The beam will cause immense Frostbite damage to whatever it touches as well as freeze on contact. This can also be used to cover any solid object in Ice or Freeze Water. The beam coming from the Rasengan is larger than the Rasengan itself, freezing the air as it travels and adding to the size of the blast.

The object being focused on gets zoomed in on and visualized inside that triangle. The user will then concentrate all the chakra into the triangle and release it into one of three wide beams of pure chakra. The user can separate the beams into 3 different rapid succession blasts, however they will be weaker by comparison and yet still add up to the total destructive force of one large S Ranked blast. Each beam is capable of destroying Concrete and continuing through it. When used in the air, the user will appear to levitate for the duration of the technique and is even more accurate than when on land, capable of leaving a 20 meter crater in the earth at the range of its impact.

(Bakuton: Kibaku Doragon no Su)- Explosion Release: Explosive Dragon's Nest
Type: Offensive

Description: The user, after ingesting a large amount of explosive clay, releases it from his mouth in a quick movement, similar to how Garuda is created. As the explosive clay is released from the mouth, it takes the shape of three dragons, similar to the C-2 Dragon. However, these dragons are smaller, more muscled and agile, and capable of flying at higher speeds. The dragons have the ability to be independently controlled similar to how clones function. Each dragon can separately be detonated with a single hand seal, and the blast radius of a single dragon goes out to mid-range from the location it was detonated from. The dragons stay on the battlefield until they are destroyed by the opponent, or detonated by the user.

Give us an idea of how much time it takes for you to put all the clay on your mouth and for the mouth to spit out the dragons. Reduce the number of dragons to 2. Define the speed at which the dragons move or who can keep up with them at shorter ranges. That last restriction of yours allows you to use any technique which requires one single hand seal and lots of ppl say on their bios they can use for example all earth jutsus with a single hand seal so don't try and play with words. Take that out and replace it with a proper description which affects you in battle. Also, on the damage points, add how much damage a dragon makes (which would be 45).

As the air pockets are forced to surface of the technique, the user will release the pent up air by opening small exit points on any part of the surface of the earth. A sudden and violent burst of air is released from the earth due to the confined pressure of air and the compression of it against the surface. The burst of air is capable of neutralizing directional lightning techniques up to A-rank. (such as a beam, laser, spear, etc)

Add the number of hand seals needed for this technique to work and that it would only work on large scale techniques, like earth walls or other big structures. Remember those structures need to be connected to the ground so you won't be able to use it on earth projectiles for example. And that it can only be formed in one place or that it can only block one lightning technique up to A-rank per usage, so that you can't just spam multiple air vents at the same time, blocking multiple A-rank lightning techniques

Ten earth strips with similar physical characteristics as tape erupt from the ground below the opponent. If the rock tape touches the opponent, it will attach itself to the opponent’s skin, making it near impossible to remove. One turn after the opponent has been attached to the rock tape, the user will perform the Snake hand seal, and the tape expands and then amplifies its density rapidly, increasing its weight. This anchors the opponent to the ground due to the immense weight, rendering the part of the body immobile.
