+ REP for writing so much, but I honestly don't think it's possible, Tobi is more Madara's creation not elder son ofc.. Tobi sucks in Sharingan I mean he doesn't even has Mangenkyou and he can't perform any serious jutsu eh what I'm trying to say that Elder son wasn't uchiha, and Tobi is not Elder son.

Are we even sure , that Kishi has hinted the real identity of Tobi ...in the Manga?

He is no one = meaning he can be all wat he wants too be..hes only an Idea.

I never actually believed this theory and the elder son of the so6p use to be last at the bottom of my list of who tobi is, but after reading this theory it seems very possible xd +rep

One question do you have any theories on how he was able to survive so long because it seems you have looked into this a lot. Prolonging his life with Zetsu ? Izanagi maybe even Izanami when we find out what it does, What are your thoughts ?

Now that I think about it, in the flashback(Minato Vs. YTS Mask Man-Fugaku-) It never shows if YTS Masked Man died just that Kurama was sealed, also it says Fugaku plans counter attack afterwards, thanks for the feedback I'll update it by changing Fugaku DIES to Loses/Flees. Again these are very plausible theories REP +

OT: Great theory. I already supported the Elder Son theory, and this made me support it more.

-Theory Fugaku is YTS Masked Man Becomes Plausible-
When the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked Konohagakure, the village accused the Uchiha clan of orchestrating the attack (during the attack, Itachi noted that Fugaku and his wife were noticeably absent before the beast struck - what they were doing is currently unknown). - And who told you that Madara is not capable of doing it ? You just need to know some secret to do it, Madara himself never stated you need EMS.

- His S/T is not Sharingan technique, even if it is, it's not original sharingan power, it was Zetsu and His doing to Mix something to get this, or he just simply stole the power from Tobirama and perfected it as Edo tensei.

- Madara Uchiha, Tobi. At any point Tobi still lost his eye, I bet madara wouldn't cause of perfect control over Senju and Rinnegan.

Interesting but I still have my doubts. If he was the elder son I don't think a prideful person like himself would take on Madara's name and I have further doubts regarding how he could have possibly lived for so long. Great theory though, you put a lot of work into it and it was interesting but I'm going have to disregard it as I do all Tobi theories because there are too many possibilities.

The swirl and spiral represent the roughly the same concept of energies or matter surrounding and converging at one point. The swirl is just more practical as to how it happens, much like the shape of a galaxy while the spiral is less practical but can appear as a pattern.

He does actually see something in Naruto. In a manga resemblence means less for the sake of plot. Supposedly only a few people knew about Naruot being Yondaime's son when really everyone should have recognized the near spitting image of their fourth hokage.

We don't know whether or not he set the tailed beasts free before he chose his successor. This was also probably his last action ever before death. In fact wasn't it stated somewhere that his last action was sealing the body in the moon and splitting the juubi chakra into the bijuu? We don't know if his sons were present for this since they got their names on this day.
