First off, I don't care what kyuubi's eye might have looked like, because Tobi did not have ms active, so he did not use ms, unless your saying you can use ms without having ms activated. Recall also that when Madara himself takes control of the Nine Tails, he does not use ms but rather lvl three reg. Itachi may be right that with ms its possible, but ms is not necessary. But I would be slightly interested in your claims if you provided this panel of the manga.
I kind of agree, but some of these ideas are very radical. Tobi has to be the same person, unless madara was still alive when yellow stripes Tobi died and was able to talk with new Tobi about the plan. If it were fugaku, then new Tobi would have helped killed old Tobi, while under the influence of madara. Madara has no reason for betrayal tho. Not to mention that if he were alive he would execute the plan himself. To go against kyuubi not recognizing tobi's chakra, first ill say that I'm pretty sure that kyuubi has been resealed by minato everytime they encountered. Up until recently that is. But since kyuubi's willingness to cooperate they have not faced Tobi, so maybe kyuubi will tell us that the chakra is familiar, although for the sake of the story I highly doubt that will be included. Also Tobi's intangibility probably messes with his chakra flow, making him intangible.
By the way, unless you have definitive proof, I.e. a single example of Tobi having ms, don't say it is true, because what you say is probable truth, or in this case truth based on an irrational thought

IMO Tobi did not give nagato rinnegan, but it was madara whom did so and Tobi took the credit. From where they came, I don't know. Madara has his, and no one else has been seen with rinnegan. It may be able to be unlocked within senju (uchiha get sharingan, senju get rinnegan, but since they both are stemmed from same clan they can gain both abilities over time. Theory, very thin basis, but not much to disprove it) and with uzamaki being senju relatives, and having great amounts of chakra, nagato was prime target for unlocking. However he gets it, he becomes affiliated with Madara and after what I would see as a false offering of peace, both nagato and yahiko are later sucked into his plan's and create the akatsuki. With not a person on the earth at the time able to stand up to madara and no record of fighting therefore no probable cause of death, I believe that madara's existence at this time was temporary/ only through Tobi, in some kind of weird connection allowing madara to have experienced what happened. Tobi was also loyal to the plan when Madara was previously "present", but began to change paths after. Madara also knows kabuto, or at least kabuto knows the plan. Either way, they refer to Tobi as wavering from that path. But the plan that we know of is infinite tsukyomi, which means one of 2 things. Either Tobi has changed the end or the means. Remember, this means either he gave up the infinite Tsukyomi, or he gave up using the Ten Tails. Last part was just an acknowledgement of certain concepts. The real point is that Madara knows who nagato is, and was present in the planning of using nagato's Edo tensei for a ressurection. Recall that when Tobi claims to be Madara, and refers to "him" as "I". Now recall when Tobi speaks to konan and said that "the revival jutsu was for me". See the correlation? Me is madara. Tobi knows this is the plan, madara knows this is the plan, and presumably nagato knows the plan. This means that all three of them were in some way present during the discussion of this plan.

a good theory, I don't know why people are so against Tobito theories. My main issues is that the short haired Tobi should be the same one from now as they both have zetsu arms, and the one who unleashed Kurama can't be Fugaku since he's still alive during the uchiha massacre. Good theory though.
