Zabuza vs Tsunade

Punching the ground wouldn't move the mist. The debris would just shift the mist to flow around it.

That's how the Mist is created. Zabuza infuses the mist with chakra.

Against the water prison we know that she can turn her chakra into electricity and we know she has a lot of chakra and we know she has great chakra control so logically she could electrocute herself and Zabuza and heal herself and leave him screwed.

That's not a good excuse. We haven't seen her use any feasible lightning style ninjutsu.

Also Kakashi the Techniques Secialist of Konoha (with water style and lightning style) did no such thing against Zabuza so to say that she could do that would be a shot in the dark.

Her punches aren't fast enough. The strength only counts when it connects with something. Gais punches were extremely fast when Tsunades aren't fast she has shown no feats in speed.

She can't see Zabuza or hear him, so she can't attack him or defend properly

That's not true. Air pressure keeps going regardless. As a part of my kung fu training I've extinguished candles albeit I'm nowhere near the shaolin's level but if they can do it your telling me Tsunade's punches carry no air pressure.
If Kabuto is fast enough to launch an attack and carry through an attack while she's moving at 9.8 m/s (the gravitational constant) toward the ground and yet she's fast enough to counter attack that person before he can move out of the way I'd call that a speed feat. Or how about how fast Kabuto's hiding like a mole technique works and yet she completely dodged the attack and launched a counter attack using her falling momentum with him barely dodging it. I call those speed feats.

That's not true. Air pressure keeps going regardless. As a part of my kung fu training I've extinguished candles albeit I'm nowhere near the shaolin's level but if they can do it your telling me Tsunade's punches carry no air pressure.

It's still not enough to base an assumption on. While your in Water Prison Jutsu your not able to move so she can't make hand signs. Lady Tsunade directly stated that she can't self heal with no hand seals so she would be trapped until she drowns to death.

I could see Tsunade winning if summonings weren't restricted, otherwise this match is Zabuza's.

Without summonings Tsunade is screwed she's just a jonnin with regeneration and a powerful punch. That's not going to work against a tricky jutsu like Zazuba's silent killing.

I'll concede that to create air pressure speed is necessary.
But we can't say Tsunade's punches are slow because we've only seen 7 punches, four kicks, one body push, and one Susanoo sword swing. Of those 7 punches, the first was a warning. One was used to break the Susanoo sword. One was used to send a shockwave through a wall. Which leaves 4 punches remaining. Only one of those were dodged. Her four kicks. Have hit half of the time. Her body push connected and the Susanoo sword swing was countered. If she was really that slow, everything would have been dodged.

Zabuza throws up the mist, activates silent killing, game over. The only reason Kakashi won was because of his speed, and his Sharingan. Not to mention when the mist was up Kakashi couldn't even keep up with a 3-tomoe, so much so that he had to use his dogs to be able to find him.

Her punches aren't slow, but they aren't fast enough to cause the mist to disperse. You need a lot of air movement to completely dispel mist.

All of those landed hits were against opponents she could see. In this mist not even a 3tomoe sharingan could see Zabuza. Tsunade is blinded.
