Would you consider Guy a kage level shinobi?

Many people both in the manga and around the base consider kakashi a kage level. It is also widely assumed that Guy is about as strong as kakashi. However I never hear him mentioned on the list of ninjas that could be considered kages (sannin, akatsuki, kakashi, etc). What do you guys think? Should he be regarded as a kage level or just a very strong jounin?

Well, as of right now, he's the greatest taijutsu master in the manga AND the only one who open at least seven of the inner gates. So, I'd probably say yes. He better drop the power of youth thing, though

with his gates and unique taijutsu skills, yes he is a kage level ninja but not nearly as strong as some of the other kages. He might be able to beat the fourth Kazekage(Gaara's dad)

He's strong enough but he's not smart enough. Personally he impresses me more than Kakashi. I know people say Kakashi's endurance has increased and all but whenever we actually see him fighting (i.e. not fighting off panel) his stamina is not really great. And if he's kage level then imo Gai>Kakashi (especially since their challenges are random so they can't be used to say that Gai=Kakashi). But yeah I just rambled but my first sentence summed it up
