it can't be obito since his right side was totally crushed,,,,and sharingan too,
he gave other eye to kakashi(as we all know)
obito was not a guy to be manipulated by evil person easily.....
according to 4th hokage masked man's space time jutsu surpasses even second's

Tobi will smash his head on the wall when he discover that Naruto is not the reincarnation of the younger son but instead the reincanation of the big boss.

I guess it's possible but there are so many possiblities at this moment. I have heard respectful theories about the Elder son, Shisui, Izuna, Kagami and even (yes U_U) Obito. Nice theory nonetheless.
