Show me the page where KA doesn't work on a Jinchuriki.Ok so he can beat a tailed beast. But not Jinchuuriki. Thus almost every Jinchuuriki is better than him. Thus Shisui is without a doubt NOT the best shinobi..

Your argument is using a technique that has too little information on it and then saying it is the very best because no one can disprove your fictional situations because NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION IS OUT ON THE TECHNIQUE.
