A: Frankly,those who think that Shisui is the best simply because of his extremely powerful Genjutsu are the worst.

Having the best weapon doesn't make you the best. It's in how you use what you have. If I had any good reason to think shisui was more talented than Itachi I would vote for him,but I don't. I know more about Itachi and how he fights.

Understood but common sense doesn't give me any footage of him using great skills or allow me to see how he uses it in a fight.

Because she's praised for being the genjutsu specialist in Konoha. Right now, she probably is the best living genjutsu user in Konoha as of this moment. I don't think she's better than Shisui, Itachi, etc. because they have sharingans that they use for their genjutsus, but she definitely has skill.

Tbh people are confused to what bee said. Bee said the most powerful genjutsu user of the uchiha. That to me translates as the most powerful genjutsu which is ka and he is the user of that genjutsu. I do however believe he was also skill full at normal genjutsu

Even if lets says bee said the most skillfull genjutsu user of the uchiha instead, i believe itachi has surpassed him

Bee said he was the strongest Genjutsu user and not he was able to use the strongest Genjutsu. I think his strength in Genjutsus has enabled him to create the most powerful Genjutsu - Kotoamatsukami.
