The thing that is bugging me is shisui. He has the most powerful genjutsu but this doesn't mean he is the most powerful genjutsu user. But, during the itachi/nagato vs naruto/bee chapters, bee did say shisui was the best genjutsu user in the uchiha clan. This could be a translation error. I went on narutowiki and it says "He was hailed as one of the most powerful genjutsu users of the Uchiha clan" which doesnt help.

I'm suprised minato has received votes and not kurenai...must be minato fanboys. According to the databook kurenai's skill in genjutsu is on par with itachi meaning she must be extremely skilled. Itachi even praied her, but unfortunately we haven't seen much from her in general - its a shame, she's a very unique character.

Well, since Uchihas are on par with Senjus, Itachi and Madara should stand on top since that's their specialty.
