Healing and regeneration is irrelevant to durability. The fact she was able to move and fight with a severe torso injury is a stamina feat. Not a durability feat whatsoever. Byakugo is a regenerative Jutsu. Regeneration is a form of healing; improving one's stamina. It isn't linked to durability at all.

So no, she isn't surving a Raiden which can slice her head off

Yh, cos Tsunade, the world greatest medical ninja, master at the art of dodging is going to let Kakashi hit her in the skull and can regenerate most sorts of damage any way and if Tsunade hits Kakashi or guy even once they are finished.

Jiraiya is easily better than them, that's not even arguable

Orochimaru fights have included against a team of genin, 30s against Itachi, playing around against a four tailed naruto, getting beaten by Sasuke on his deathbed and fighting a 69 yr old man with two summons of the first and second hokage. The point I'm making is that we haven't seen enough of Oro in battle going all out to make any sort of statement. However considering Oro's rep and the insane amounts of jutsu Oro would have known due to his objective and the fact that he was the genius of the sannin suggest he would beat both of them too. He also can regenerate like nothing and his intelligence and feats are still relevant, more than we can say Kakashi and Guy.

sakura has the feat of going toe to toe with sasori and neji has none

you have to look at their abilites and CR beats everything except for kamui and i already said how she counters that
