Madara would win. kisam is wounereble to genjutsu.

samehada gets hurt by fire style jutsu madara wont just stand there and let kisame attack him if all else fails madara uchia would fight kisame up close and he would be able to dodge kisames attacks because he has the sharingan and would be able to read all of kisames attacks and would be able to predict kisame's next attack and then use that to his advantage to beat kisame.

and if madara where to easily separate samehada from kisame then kisame is vulnerable to genjutsu

just because you have the sharingan it doesn'tmean you can dodge all attacks:sy:

allso samehada uses the chakra it sucks up to heal him self and kisame as prooven when he was on the turtle island and when he fought Killer bee in the woods (fact)

link me to a page where it says the sussano is made out of chackra i believe its and ethereal shield type being that uses the users life force much like itachi's sword of totsuka.

Naww man. Kisame is a strong ninja, iGive you that but Madara is simply beyond a whole new level. I mean, even Kuruma is afraid of Madara's omninous chakra.

He went toe to toe with Hashirma countless of times before his demise and somehow managed to pull out a pair of Rinnegan from his arse before his death! I mean WOW!!

Kisame is definitely formidable, a very durable and sly water user out there. He probably could be finished Killer Bee if he had intent to kill instead of capture.

Overall, Madara is truly insane in terms of power and probably a master tactician too.
Kisame would cower beneath the feet of Madara before he knows it.

healthy itachi is stronger than ems madara but when madara got the hashirama facelift it's all a new game so I believe kisame can at least stalemate xd

2 things that people are forgetting to consider
- Kisame also has an earth affinity
- Kisame has been partnered with Itachi and therefore would be well versed in the sharigans properties and techniques, to the point that he would probably have counter strategies
