Well iyd easier to do it that way, but if you do then your enemy will know where the attack is. If you do it witohut moving i will take them the last second to avoid the attack. The attack doesnt travel. It forms around the enemy and slices them so they would have as little chance of escaping.

Ok....

I got this in the bag then...

so ill surround the opponent with razor sharp wind and then close it on them fast...

I have a great way to do this then

its just like yesterday's training when i made scythes and made them go around me so heres my theory:

Do the same thing but using razor sharp blades instead of scythes...
and surround the opponent with them
but instead of breaking it off I collapse it inward with incredible force...

so...
*i surround the tree with invisible wind blades and then collapse them inward*


How about that?

Well, let me point out to you that you can only submit 30 jutsus. And I personally would only submit jutsus that have good effects like one of my jutsus, Air Molecule Map or Conductor Imitation. Flamethrower would probably have the same effect as another fire jutsu. Wind surfing, that could be possible. If its possible to walk on water im sure its possible to walk on air also, but youd need a good explanation for it. Oxygen deprivation/CO2 blast? oO Anti fire and and anti-ice? Explain these lol

well O2 deprivation is a high level wind attack to put out any fire...

The Anti-Ice is gonna be a fire technique to defend against Ice techs...

same with Anti Fire techs...

* Description:The user send wind into the sky which then comes down as a F-5 tornadoe with slicing wind.

Description: By sending small amounts of chakra throughout a large area the user is able to feel and follow every single air molecule in range. By doing this the user can create a mental map of the area and everything in it by detecting the position of every air molecule and what i bounces off of.
Note: This takes extreme chakra control to master.

Ok. lets start with pressure damage. This technique is like the other one with multiple scythes of wind being launched into the air tearing up anything in its path but a lot more. Shouldnt be too hard but it will take up more chakra.
