If it has three holes we would be able to see either his forehead, the bandages covering his forehead, or his hair.
Tobi's mask first introduced. Notice the two eye holes are carved out and the top tomoe is painted on.

To me I don't think that there are three holes in the mask. I think kishimoto makes the distinction that it's not carved in the pics I shown. But who knows :shrug:

I just showed you a link where you can see the third hole in his mask. There's no reason to argue about it anymore.
It's possible that Kishi or his assistants could have made a mistake and accidently drawn a hole in there or maybe Kishi has been deliberately hidding that third hole for most of the time.
It's interesting that he choose to draw it in a scene where Tobi is called immortal. Maybe that was done to emphasize just how strong Tobi really is. Byukugan, Sharingan, Rinnegan - it's the perfect eye union. Hashi's cells, Mokuton, Zetsus body, mysterious S/T ninjutsu, Gedo Mazo with 7 bijuu's. He's truly immortal
It's not really so far-fetched that he could have had bykugan. His vision should have diminished because of his masks (especialy one eyed ones) yet he has shown to be in full awaraness of what's happening around him. Byukugan would explain why his vision is so good.

Honestly with the power he has now, what good would see chakra points be? :S He can already see chakra levels with the Sharingan.

Yeah it's barely in one picture, but at the same time I showed multiple instances where it is not carved, and why I believed there was no 3rd hole.
I actually agree with EMR. It may be a mistake that it looks like there is one on that page, or it may be an implication to his power. But Tobi doesn't need the byakugan. Kishimoto has mad that dojutsu completely useless in comparison to the other 2.

how would that work?? like just because he puts it in the third hole means he can use byakugan.... he isn't like tien who has 3 eyes which he could just swap with different eyeballs...... xd

Haha, + rep. This theory is old and unexciting, Tobi isn't some mutant with a third eye socket.
I did see alot of comments saying that the byakugan offers nothing that sharingan and rinnegan don't already cover, so Tobi has no need for byakugan, but byakugan has accomplished one feat neither sharingan or rinnegan can match: the byakugan was able to break the genjutsu cast on the third mizukage; byakugan broke KOTO AMATSUKAMI !!!!!!

Think about it. If the above is indeed a white color, it would make sense; it has the Sharingan tomoe, the Rinnegan concentric circles and the Byakugan white color Though in the anime it was colored red, I think. Still, Kishi should give us a preview at least.
Note that Byakugan literally means "white eye".
