kisame quite easily... old school black ops member so i dont think ino's body mind transfer is unknown to him, and he could avoid it... other than that they have no way of winning...kisame puts them in his super water explosion shockwave, does a shark dance, and you have two dead leaf ninja... and that is if he just wants to over do it... semehada would put both of them in a near unconcious state with just one hit a peice... and once again as in previous posts, niether sakura or ino are really good at fighting where kisame is an efficiant killing mechine... dont care about either sakura's strength or the fact they are both medical nin, they will not even give kisame a workout... plain and simple ino and sakura are not very good combatants, they are support, and support cant kill, immobilize, capture, or other wise do anything to a killer as proficient as kisame

this is as far as the girls can go,
ino manages the shintenshin.
then sakura punches kisame in the chest but since it's too dangerous girls make a deal first that ino would sacrifice herself. with the punch a hole appears in kisame's chest. kisame appearantly dies ino dies. then samehada replenishes kisame and then kisame has some "fun time" with sakura
