For this jutsu youll be required to use a fan, like the one on my back right now. A wind user should always carry a fan at his side. It will be his primary weapon once he reaches the lvl to use it. By now yous houldve rached that lvl. *Tosses him a spare fan* Make a clone of it and give one to the clone.
Once you ready practice inserting chakra into the fan.

• Description: the user grows large bone wings from there back which can be used to fly or to defend or can be flapped to shoot out bone spikes at the enemy( they last for 3 turns)

Since they are my own bones they should react to my own chakra much easier.

And eventually can i create my own Fan weapon with special chakra reacting materials?

(also can you ask Bishamon to invite me to the Order of Elemental Sages...)

You could use those, you can also create a fan out of bone by using a very thin layer of bone.

But I want you to practice using a fan because what if in a situation you wouldnt be able to use those wings.
