I'm a body builder. My daily diet consists off great loads of anything with high protein.
Morning: Cereal
Lunch: I usually skip lunch
Dinner: Steak or chicken with steamed broccoli and maybe some corn.
My diet from when I was obese:
Everything in the kitchen is mine, my family can have what's left.
