The thing is this is a b rank jutsu so you wont be able to use it in battle until you reach jounin rank, which isnt too far. =O

By now youve learned how to control your wind chakra pretty well. So it shouldnt be too hard to learn those jutsus. But if you want me to taech you how to use them effectively i will. But id prefer teaching you a few more B Ranks. ^^
