after you release the wind you could announce it if you want. the official name is

Description:A vortex of wind shot out of the users fist wind he /she punches.
The thing is this is a b rank jutsu so you wont be able to use it in battle until you reach jounin rank, which isnt too far. =O

Try to compress all the wind so it is once powerful blast.
Use the leaves on that tree as a target, if you blow them all down youve mastered it. ^^
