Take naruto for example. He has Pure Power. Yet he surpasses Minato/Tobi/Itachi who are easily the Smartest People in narutoverse.

You have to think about it on a scale :flaw:
Was the speed / power at the same level as Shikamaru's intelligence, because it is very high! Lets say out of 100, Shikamaru's intelligence would be right up there, in the 90's. Now compare A's speed which is the same to say the least. I think A will come out on top time and time again.

There has been a thread similar to this but with this one it would depend on my abilities. U_U
