im gonna say you need speed , power and some intelligence naruto has speed power , and some intelligence and can beat almost every one in the naruto world. if you just have speed you can land a lot of jutsu and hits on you opponent and not do any damage, if you have power but no speed you can do damage but only if you can land a attack but you cant because you have no speed, and if you have intelligence and nothing else it wont help you at for example shikamaru vs.guy , lee , naruto , or any one with speed he cant touch them and his intelligence fails . so thats why i say you need a mix of them all

Dumbass with high speed = "Shit i don't know how to judge where I'm going!" *Hits a wall at 100miles an hour and dies.*

Dumbass with power= "I'm so strong I can punch anything!" *Punches self in the face and head pops*

Intelligence = "F**k this, i'll just play dead and they'll go away" *Waits till wars over then goes to eat ramen, later on finding out its made of rat ass*

I wanna say speed. If you cant be touched its kinda hard to lose. Minato, Tobi are good examples. Maybe in a grueling 1 on 1 intelligence is superior but when your outnumbered give me speed any day

Take naruto for example. He has Pure Power. Yet he surpasses Minato/Tobi/Itachi who are easily the Smartest People in narutoverse.

What about ORO and shikaku or shikamaru.

power. nagato and madara and 3rd raikage have shown me that you can be fast all you want. you wont be able to hurt someone with a bajillion hax techniques or an incredible defense.
look at sasuke vs raikage for more proof. using an incomplete susano, he held off the raikage.
