im just sayin that comparing the power of dbz characters and naruto character are too far apart to even be comparable. and another thing is that the techniques are much more adept then naruto characters because they don't have the same natural abilities.

saiyans: warrior race that increase strength after every battle, after near death, and an emotionally triggered transformation that can soon be mastered to change at will

namekians:a warrior race that believes in peace but doesn't have the same passion of fighting as a saiyan. the natural abilities include regeneration hightened senses and adept control of their ki.

humans(aka the special forces) masters of martial arts. dedication to fighting and does anything to get stronger.

now naruto characters.

ninja: a human with the ability after proper training in ninjutsu, are able to manipulate their chakra and use them in battle. some have kekkei genkai (bloodline limits) which includes unique elemental releases, doujutsu (eye techniques), and other unique characteristic.

bijuu: tailed beast, masses of chakra created by the originator of ninjutsu, rikudo sennin.

now which sounds stronger just from the description i gave?

Im saying this because every time I've brought something
concrete to the debate is was argued with chi and chakra
are different, and one is stronger than the other. when most
fail to realize that dbz characters fight with blind rage, which is
cool and all, but can never stack up to a ninja. why do you
think that in martial arts movies the little asian dude beats
the crap out of the huge buff guy. BECAUSE THE LITTLE ASAIN
GUY IS CALM AND COLLECTED! I say sasuke can hit goku with
genjutsu you say he needs chakra, when chi is the same chakra just
worded differently. There both inner life power! Not only that
amateretsu, thunderclap and susano'o can beat goku. And others
and I have made that point , but its always disputed by goku is
super strong.. yes he is stop getting a hard on for it, remember,
there fighting out of BLIND RAGE! Sasuke was ahead of his class, always
calm and collected and thinking 2 steps ahead of himself, rather than
goku thinking, whats the strongest way possible I can hit this guy.

If your comparing a anime character 1 and another anime character 2. Unless they are almost evenly match there is no argument.

the plot was just for kids, whats the point of always trying
to save the world when you just end up coming close to

Thought this thread was about vs between dbz characters and naruto characters. Now we talking about plots between 2 different animes from 2 different time periods? Didn't know we had to take plot into considertation about this so called "debate". That was never mentioned. To my knowledge, like i said this thread was vs thread straight up 1 on 1 between 2 anime characters from 2 different animes. With that said ability between the 2 anime is far apart from each other. Naruto anime/managa is basically what we know today Ninja embelished a bit with some unrealistic abilities still operating in some what keeping the current rules of physics. DBZ out of space main character with out of space main enemies operating rules that is completly made up of within the anime showing more than god like powers!.

even if they stayed more cool and collected, which believe me there is way more than that to a fight, if you think thats all there is then you obviously have never been in a fight, DBZ characters get punched through mountains and barely get a scratch, Naruto characters die to throwing knives. even if goku wouldnt destroy the planet, he could still destroy say a 20 mile radius around the Naruto character and that would be a really weak attack for him. he wouldnt even need to go super saiyan. Nagato in Naruto is roughly = to Krillin in DBZ, and im talking krillin really early in the series. There is just no comparison between them really.

Genjutsu part:

As someone in the naruto rp for a year and basically knows his fair share of how chakra and jutsus work let me enlighten you a bit. You see, when it comes to genjutsu to break it all you have to do is power up. Even if it's a little or an entire transformation. I.E how if you are in a genjutsu you can activate a curse mark and disrupt it or have someone rush chakra through you to break it that way. Goku, uses kaioken in every movement even when he's in super saiyan form. It was said in the anime. So that means his energy out put/kai is constantly changing. He would be in genjutsu for only seconds.


Blind rage part:

Really? Apparently you don't know that goku is a master in martial arts taught by maste roshi in the dragon ball series and he continuously senses his opponent as well which requires a calm mind. He can do this so well that he can go as far as sensing the opponents emotions. Goku has been said several times to have a child like peaceful mind. Namekians are a great example of a calm fighting mind, hell piccolo is all about strategy and battle tactics. But the sensing ability overall, requires a calm mind and they continuously sense their opponent throughout battle to prevent surprise attacks.

My opinion: I watch Naruto for the story line, it has the best built story line I've ever seen in a manga/anime. And it has awesome powers making it an excellent Shonen. To me, dbz and naruto are my favorite animes meaning I like them both the same. Maybe Naruto a little more due to the story since there are a lot of mistakes in dbz due to Akira only wanted to make it up to frieza saga but was pushes by fans and $$$ to make more and ended up basically always being rushed and pushed, being late on releases ect. So let me ask you, if you think that just because someone says dbz is stronger than Naruto that it makes Naruto any less of an anime? Hell no, Naruto is awesome. But don't be the fanboy that continuously tries to make ideas of how naruto is stronger than dbz like you have made clear in your original post.
