Okay I said most Uchiha, you named 4 maybe 5 with shisui ( 6 with tobi, not sure he's Uchiha but he wields the sharingan so)
Now 5 out of hundreds, if not thousands of Uchiha meaning there is not even 1% that can beat Minato

So,
Minato > Uchiha clan in general

Minato is not even part of a ninja clan
