Kakashi VS Sasuke (without sharingan)

I'm pretty sure that the speed of both are equal. But I think Sasuke's lightening release is quite powerful than Kakashi. What do you think?​

Without sharingan, Raikiri and Chidori are useless, as displayed earlier in the manga. However, Kakashi seems to be better rounded overall.

Sasuke cannot use Chidori or other chidori-variations without sharingan, while Kakashi can he mastered the jutsu and he's created formidable jutsu with it. Remember the only reason sharingan is required is because it eliminates the "tunnel-vision" that is experienced due to the high speeds that your accelerating at the puncture your enemy.

Kirin requires heat that is equivalent to Amaterasu and I doubt sasuke can use Amaterasu without sharingan read the thread before you say stupid shit.
Plus Sasuke will not USE KIRIN EVER AGAIN it was meant for itachi as his ace move. It's a once in a life-time jutsu that won't happen again.

he will just use his fire jutsu he used in his fight with itachi alot of times to create the heat he needs. an he can use the move again if he wants to kno dat.
