Amateratsu isn't instant other wise it would never miss. If amateratsu was instant then why did it take more than one shot for itachi to hit sasuke's curse seal wing hand thing. (that thing is effin gross) And sasuke would hit A with it. And before you ask no, i'm not comparing kisame's speed to A's its just an example.

Itachi had already used amaterasu and then manipulated the flames as shown here.
Here Itachi uses amaterasu from his eyes:
Here the flames follow Sasuke because Itachi is constantly looking at him and amaterasu follows the target wherever the user looks. He never used amaterasu from his eyes this time though, he only manipulated the flames that were already there into following Sasuke.
Amaterasu appears wherever the user looks and here's several demonstrations of it.

And it been hasn't matter since I said like three pages ago that amateratsu could potentially win the fight but only if it hit. And its only hit scrubs (sasuke)
Thats whats believed. If that was the case how did A dodge it.

This can go either way. Kisame's fighting style is basically creating a mass of water in order for him to feel right at home. He can breath underwater, but also if he fuses with samahada he is a force to be reckon with.
Sasuke will be at the disadvantage from the start, especially if kisame fuses with samahada from the start. Whilst its true that even if kisame fuses with samahada he isnt fast enough to evade amaterasu or susano's arrow, due to him being underwater, he can evade. Sasuke's lightning techniques would be rendered useless, because he would also be in the water and im sure he is smarter than that. Saying that if susano can protect him from electric shock then he stands a great chance, although im not sure if susano can because a partial susano's weakness is underneath it and due to this, sasuke's feet would be in the water, therefore even if he uses a partial susano he would still get electrocuted. His fire techniques arent very useful in such a situation.
Sasuke's best bet would be genjutsu, soince his tsukuyomi isnt on par with itachi's he basically has to fool kisame with genjutsu and render him vulnerable to a real life attack, otherwise kisame would win.
Also another big advantage kisame has is the suiton daikodan no jutsu;
Due to sasuke's current spamming of ms techniques which i need not tell you how powerful they are, they would backfire greatly against kisame's technique;
Read carefully what that technique does. Its imo one of the best techniques in the series. All in all, kisame takes this with mid to high difficulty

Sixtynyne still at it eh? Face it amaretsu ends it as soon as the battle starts kisame ain't fast enough cannot absorb it can't get rid of it nothing he can do nothing at all

Any other ninja would have been sealed instantly, the Raikage is the only one strong enough to do it.
This is false because the Rasenshuriken DID cancel out the army, but due to the regeneration of the Edo Tensei and the Third Raikage's inherit durability, he was able to withstand it.

Personally, I feel like Zetsu is the Itachi-fanboy of the Naruto world. Even in spite of Susano'o's weaknesses being found OUTSIDE of hitting Yata's mirror, such as Danzo finding a gap and Raikage breaking through the cage, people still insist that it is invincible.
While I agree that Amaterasu is one of the fastest IF not the fastest technique (not known anymore, Kirin?).
But a lot of stuff that is said in the manga, especially from Zetsu, is overhype.
