It's not a big deal that Naruto doesn't have a second element. It's really a matter of him using what he has now. I don't know what new jutsu Naruto alone can now perform with nature chakra, but I would think it's superior to having a second element.
Also, someone messed up on the sequence of elemental superiority:

Actually i think sasuke is an emo ****, but i still think hes more powerful than naruto right now, considering naruto has one jutsu.
apparently each upgrade is a new jutsu...but not really..In a ninja fight the main reasons to use a different jutsu is
1.Theyve seen the previous one, using something thats very similar might not strike the 2nd time
2.Elemental reasons.
3.desperation.
Naruto uses the exact same technique, in thats its a ball of chakra (whether it be oodama, RS or normal rasengan) and drives it into the enemy in a very obvious manner.
Rather honestly, i found naruto tricking kakuzu to be the most innacurate thing kishi has ever done.
Kakuzu is a zombie with 100 odd years of experience by extending his life, he fought the 1st hokage, and outsmarted shikamarus shadow jutsu by detatching his hand etc etc.
Kakuzu is a SMART guy, and naruto tricks him in the most obvious way?
Major let-down.
The problem is naruto appears to win fights too easily, for example when naruto went against gaara, gaara simply had to coffin jutsu him, but he didnt, he kept arsing around, and not using that jutsu.
Naruto just always seems to have an easy time, and whenever he gets hit it doesnt affect him for no real explained reasons.
His enemies also become 1000x more easier to trick and fool, shikamaru couldnt even figure out a way to deal with kakuzu so naruto simply thinks "Il pretend im at the front, and go round the back"
in terms of strategy thats like when your 4 year old cousin comes round and wants to play hide and seek-you fool for it, and youre a fool yourself.
I dunno i just personally hate the character naruto, i read/watch it more for the overall story, kakashi, akatsuki, etc etc.
Naruto as a character annoys the crap out of me, its annoying watching someone be incredibly slow witted and useless suddenly grasp S class techniques in 3 days (like rasengan)
Its like a dyslexic person after 3 days of tuition writing something on par with shakespeare, it simply ISNT realistic, and thats why i hate his character, because its just too ambiguous, theres no way of knowing whether naruto will succeed because he appears to be a retard while also being the biggest genius EVER, he appears to be weak yet can defeat akatsuki in one move.

eh, RS is extremely damaging, it doesnt change the fact that its incredibly difficult to hit the opponent because it is still a close range "prod" styled attack thats easy to dodge, as seen by many, many, many...many enemies from dodging rasengan.
RS has wind elemental in it but its delivered to the enemy exactly the same as rasengan is, which has a TINY accuracy rate of hitting, he misses almost every 1st time.
Id rather have a myriad of medium/high class jutsu that hit 95-100% of the time than ONE Very high class jutsu that only hit 3% of the time.
Im sorry, but naruto is not overpowered, im pretty sure he'd still have difficulty becoming a chuunin, because as the jounin said before "He won, but he lacks every single ninja strategy" which he STILL lacks.
Even neji the top rookie didnt become a chuunin, and neither did sasuke.

and for twistedlink, I pretty much agree with you, the rasengan as a one attack it useless. But this entre thing is whether or not he is too powerful at this moment and he is not and therefore he is getting new techneques so its not just some stupid ending like kakuzo(which by the way had to end that way as naruto had just trained that one jutsu for like 10 manga in a row)

its my observation(i may not be right) that twisted is so blind on kakashi that he opened an entire thread praising kakashi how he figured out pain's secret so quickly(example, shared vision). where it is so obvious in manga that he was preped by fuka earlier. dont get me wrong, i am not a hater of kakashi (in fact i am a fan of him) or anyone else. but when prejudice grips you its become harder to see even obvious things clearly. same with naruto. he seems to hate naruto so much (its upto him), he always sees naruto's glass half empty, instead of half full.
in his early age, naruto was a former prankster of highest order. meaning he is not unintelligent. my friend failed to see the cues of his intelligence(not bookish intelligence, but learning jutsus and forming strategy in battlefield) kishi left behind, from episode 1.

- learning kage bunshin(jounin technique) in a few hours
- against zabuza (a brilliant strategy, pls go thru that if u have time)
- fooling kiba's scent in chunin exam, fooling neji by feigning as a bunshin
these are initial chapters. meaning kishi has been consistent from the get go drawing naruto as he is. there are patches of brilliance in learning jutsu and clever battle strategy thruout naruto, but naruto haters conveniently ignores this side of naruto.
