This is sad. Lemme tell you all something, A woman who is raped say by her father or Uncle how do you think she would feel? Every single day she would look at her stomach and know that a piece of her family is there, do you know how mentally scaring that was? Lemme ask you this If that girls gives birth how do you think she will live herself let alone the kid, to look into his eyes and see the man who raped her? Do you think that child would have a good life? Do you think that she will care for the child? No she would hate it, It would disgust her. If she goes through the whole process of Adoption she has to live for 9 months with that guilt and reminder.

Wanna know something? It eats at you, It destroys you from the inside out. You can't live with yourself anymore knowing that fact. Every time you look in the mirror all you feel is disgust inside and out, you know something else? You are dead inside and your body will never be the same again. I'm for abortion in every case except those teens who have unprotected *** over and over, that situation is just not cool. But logic stands you weigh the pro's and cons and decide what's best, in the end It's your decision. If you can't provide a good life for that child then fine, for those with adoption what if that kid is put up for adoption? I was lemme tell you this it sucked I ended up in a home with abusive people, there is no guarantee that it will be alright. Would you live with yourself if you sent your child to a horrible home?

Anyway that's my take on it. Sit there and say It's wrong but until you have gone through this you will NEVER understand.

Here's my two cents,

I actually have a child. He's a 9 month old boy. Abortion was never on the table for us because we wanted to have a baby but we're not totally against the idea in case of a rather unexpected turn. But honestly I'm pretty split on the matter. I think Abortion is way out. Seriously people we have contraceptives for a reason. Condoms, the pill, surgery, etc...etc...These things are readily available to all. I find it ridiculous that a women will have 2+ abortions in their lifetime. Anything above that and you're just an idiot. On that note, if you get drunk and yada yada yada the next morning just go get the morning after pill!! It's not an abortion you have 3 days after the deed to get it done and you won't get pregnant. Now I don't suggest doing this a lot because we have ways of preventing such matters like pregnancy for an extended period of time. The problem I have with abortion is how some states and countries allow women to get them up to almost 6 months...that is just sad if a women gets it around that time. Babies who are born jut over 20 weeks have been known to live so I believe that if you're under 8 weeks of being pregnant then abortion can still be done without any emotional baggage but after that just opt for adoption or be a human and take care of your kid.

If the people at the abortion clinic know your name then you're doing something wrong.

Not sure if anyone's said anything about this yet, but that's a terrible comparison.

Birth Control prevents you from becoming pregnant. Birth Control means no babies start growing inside of you.

Abortion is when you ARE pregnant, and there IS a baby starting to grow inside of you, and you decide to kill it before it can experience life.


On a side-note, I think abortion is only right when the mom's life is at stake, or I guess if she was raped. If you happen to be fooling around with your boyfriend and get pregnant - too bad for you. You shouldn't be having *** if you're not prepared for that small chance of actually getting pregnant.

i get and agree that the whole rape thing is terrible and that it can destroy a person mentally

but it still doesnt justify destroying another person, fully developed or not, its stopping a person from living, its murder

I disagree with abortion but if it has to be done then guess what it has to be done. If a girl gets raped then pregnant then I believe if the intercourse was unwanted she should have an abortion, but if the intercourse was wanted I believe in adoption.

No it isn't. What if they hadn't used condoms, and it would've been a perfectly healthy child. What if it'd been you . It would've stopped it from existing, same as abortion. To stop. Honestly this is my opinion. It's up to the parents of the child... It's their choice and all anyone can do is give them the information on both options. If the mother keeps the baby there are many things such as adoption that can be looked into. Again it's her and her bf/guy who impregnated her's choice...

Abortion IS the way of a coward, I don't care how you put it, unless it is rape. If it is rape, there are thousands of institutions which will take care of your child. Or sometimes, parents raise the baby and make the baby live a lie. Either way, abortion or raising a child as a teen couple are both the result of stupidity and/or a bad decision.

Anyway, as I said I'm against abortion. Abortion is a crime, not only that but you're murdering a baby. A baby which had the right to breathe, talk, hear, and see. The right to live. You just can't throw a life like that. There isn't any excuse for that.

Someone mentioned abortion is better than being sent to a foster home or ending up in a worse place. Let me tell you this guy is very stupid. I'm justifying myself with this quote I took from a fiction book called A Game of Thrones.

Being sent to a foster home, an institution, another family, live a lie, or even being raised in a shithole carries 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 more oportunities than being dead. My dad was raised in a poor family. He is now a rich motherf'ucker and the greatest cardiologist in the hospital he works. That's possibility. You can't deny a child possibility. SAY NO to abortion.

Just pointing out that you are contradicting yourself. If you say we cannot decide who lives and who dies, you can't force the mum to carry out the pregnancy. Just sayin'
