Yeah, he had to do somethings for a MMORPG for Naruto that he is helping to create, so his time is going to be taken for that

Now, let's try the jutsu
(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

What I want you to do is preform the handsigns that I just taught you and then start to swirl your suiton chakra around you rapidly, creating a chakra vortex. Then while it is spinning begin adding more and more of your suiton chakra so that it changes into water that will both attack my clone while it is blocking him from attacking you
*Creates a clone that begins to walk at you*
*I gather my Suiton chakra. I then do the handsigns and start to control the Suiton chakra. I make the chakra swirl around me. This creates a small chakra vortex*
Ok it's too small..
*I begin to add more of my Suiton chakra, but it failed as I was concentrating on inputting chakra and accidentally ignored controlling the vortex*
*I do the hand signs and swirl the Suiton chakra around me once more. I begin adding more of my chakra. I concentrate on both as I'm adding it, it changes to water. The vortex is running constantly around me*
Wait don't I change it into water instead of the more Suiton chakra?
Advantages: defense. Attack as well. Is it 360? Does it defend from other water attacks?
Disadvantages: Fire can cause steam, which blinds the user. Electric moves are strong against it. Can attacks go out of the vortex?

What I want you to do is send your suiton chakra into the sky and do not stop for the slightest moment. Once you see clouds begin to form you will know you are doing good. Then you just continue doing that and wait for it to start raining. Once it starts raining the rain will be infused with your chakra so you will be able to tell where everything is. Until you make the rain stop you will be able to sense everything on the battle field. After you have done that gather your suiton chakra in your mouth rapidly and then spit it out, creating a large amount of water to appear and drown my clone. This must of course be done while you are blindfolded, because you would be able to sense him due to the rain

I continue sending and soon enough, clouds are created. As time passes and I continue to send chakra. Then it begins to rain. The rain goes in a long range, covering the entire battle field, then I begin to sense where the clone is at. I then gather a large amount of suiton chakra in my mouth. I then spit out the substantial amount of chakra towards the clone. As it begins to come out of my mouth it transforms into water, in an attempt to drown the clone*

*I manipulate the water around me from the rain and the previous jutsu to create a lare wave heading straight towards the clone*
Advantages: I can sense the opponent and his jutsu. The large wave can counter strong fire. They can both be used defensively.

Nicely Done, However, Lightning would be completely out of the option for the opponent, because in turn they would shock themselves

Now I want you to start to gather up another large amount of your sution chakra and transfer it into your hand. Then after performing this set of hand seal( Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare ) spread out the water in front with palms to release and create a big orb to trap your target in the orb. If your hand moves the orb will break completely.
