Actually it was about a Narutard wanting to troll One Piece. No biggie, we get that alot, people are insecure about themselves for having their favorite Manga placed far far second before ours.

Listen....i never said one piece isn't good...ive watched onepiece from episode 1 to the current. I also have read the manga from 1st to current and i trust me i have (current mangas about the 3 ancient weapons plutno, uranus and the mermaid princess is the other one).
But, to be honest if you go on most of the manga sites you'll see naruto is 1# in rankings.
Check mangareader.net, also onemanga.com its the most viewed manga (naruto), its ranked 1st in mangafox.....even on Eastanime.com naruto has OVER 1 million views more than one piece.
i can go on.

forgot about this thread.... i was eating lunch.Well that amv made me pretty intrested in OP ive tried to get into it a few times but i just cant,though for some reason i thought it was just a anime(i feel like a tard now) I think imma go read the manga as i hardly ever watch animes,im hard pressed to even watch the naruto anime,

I don`t think this makes as much impact in the manga as it does in the anime. :izuna:
And to the person who started this thread.
You just need to get used to it i suggest going through a couple of good arcs in one single day and you will love it.
It has the perfect blend of everything
Most importantly it has humor the thing that naruto had before shippuden and at which bleach makes failed attempts....
Not to mention some badass fights and many more things. :izuna:

I've said it so many times.
That so many people watch it, doesn't mean its that good. (I read Naruto, and I enjoy it, I'm just saying)

See, naruto beats One Piece in popularity, but is wrecked when it comes to ratings. Rating is what determines if an anime is good or not. Not popularity.
Say 1 000 000 watch Naruto, and only 200 000 of them think it deserves 5 stars, while the rest think it only deserves 3 and 4 stars. And there are 800 000 watching One Piece and 600 000 of them thinks it deserves 5 stars and the rest thinks it deserves 3 and 4 stars.
See what i'm saying?
Just look at the statistics I've posted.
91,370 members on One Piece and 14,441 favorites.
118,653 members on Naruto but only 9,684 favorites.
And thats why popularity doesn't matter as much as ratings.

Listen at the end of the day both these mangas are great and to be honest i like one piece its great, but to be honest it may be the best manga in japan but that might not be the case worldwide.

Popularity is not what determines if the anime is good or not.
And Views and popularity is the SAME thing.
Rating is what matters.
If I manga is "best", it isn't the popularity that decides it. It's the ratings that determines the quality of manga, anime and any TV series. One Piece beats Naruto in terms of ratings. One Piece's ratings are better than Narutos ratings. Ergo One Piece is better than Naruto.

When it comes to if a manga is good or bad, POPULARITY, doesn't matter.
You did say Popularity and Views, but in the same post you were also talking about which one of them is BETTER. Thats what makes no sense.
When you say: "Naruto has more popularity and more views than One Piece, so its better."
It's the same as saying "Naruto has more popularity than One Piece, so it has better rating."
Get it?
Popularity determines if a manga is POPULAR or not.
Ratings determines if the manga is GOOD or not.
Narutos popularity > One Pieces popularity.
Naruto is more POPULAR than One Piece.
One Pieces ratings > Narutos rating
One Piece is BETTER than Naruto.

You say you think One Piece is childish, while you're watching Fairy Tail which in my opinion is childish compared to One Piece although I like both animes, One Piece offers a great mixture of humor, action and drama and the story is so detailed and the character development is great.. it's the perfect anime, I just cannot understand why anyone wouldn't like it, you probably haven't even watched that much episodes yet.
